Love my new jeep!!
Recently purchased a 2010 jeep Cherokee from Motorcars of kalamazoo. Mike the GM was very prompt and professional with getting me financed and on the road. I searched several used lots in the area and my jeeps price was the best I was able to find!!!

Horrible horrible horrible
This place is very unprofessional,rude and belligerent. Mike which is the Gm is going to cost this company a lot of money with his unprofessionalism. My father is an attorney and he's going to make it his business to see that this business is put in its rightful place. I'm glad I recorded the whole thing with mike being very belligerent as if I'm not a customer. I purchased an Audi A6 2007 the check engine light came on a week after purchasing it. I went to the dealership because Mike told me that he would see what was wrong with the vehicle. Instead mike became very belligerent and indignant about prior information that was needed. I begin to explain that I can't rush my place of employment. I can give when it's given to me. He then lied about contacting my place of employment which later confirmed that he me never called. He then got mad that they confirmed that they was never contacted and began yelling like a Benji "get your stuff out the car I'll give you a refund" which he never gave me MY full refund. He then begin to belittle me and degrade me the whole time I was sitting patiently for my refund. I do not recommend this business its full of spoiled rich kids with power issues. I will contact and show everyone in my power this video. It was unbelieveble I'm still in a state of shock

Not at all satisfied with my SUV
I bought a 2008 Ford Explorer. I had to change transmission within 1.5 years of purchase. meanwhile I had to do brake rotors and pad change, wheel alignment and what not!! i have almost spent the same amount in repairs on my car, as i bought it for.

Very horrible experience
Would never buy a vehicle from here again, went down on a Saturday to look at a vehicle and liked it a lot except for a clunk noise it had in the front end, I said I would buy it if it was fixed, Keith assured that it would be fixed by Monday, we went down there on Monday and test drove it again, it was not fixed. So he had his "backyard mechanic" look at it and they assured it was a different part, waited for a couple hours and test drove it again and it was not fixed, so Keith said well you take it to your mechanic and I will pay for it to be fixed and pay for the alignment, so I did that and he said you pay for it and I will refund ur money back, so I did, after that is when all the trouble happened. I called him the next week asking if he sent the money and he came up with a excuse on how he didn't send it right away, I called him week after week for 3 months and it was a different excuse every time. A couple times he even said that he sent it,Now he said he's not gunna pay for it. Keith is a liar and a very rude car salesman, and this is a very poorly way to handle a sale.

Happy with the car and price, future advice
Overall, I am very happy with my car and the price we paid for our car, I have no complaints on the car. The people at the dealer were for the most part pleasant and professional to work with. The facility was small and humble however I would rather pay a great price on a car then walk into an over the top showroom. I did find that the VIN online was off by one number from the actual car we viewed. I'm not sure why and it was explained to us however I think it was a typo. they did provide the history report on the actual VIN. I would suggest future buyers to double check just to make sure. My only area of complaint would be on a few professional courtesy pieces. It was a very fast purchase so maybe there was little time to take care of these things but It would have made my personal experience a better one if it had been taken care of. When we picked up our car after purchase, it was cleaned (thank you)! however the gas was on E and within a couple of days after purchase, the oil change light came on. We filled the gas tank on our way home and I found that our car takes full synthetic oil so the oil change was a bit pricy but I found a deal on that as well. I would still recommend this place to friends based on the quality of the cars and the price. Keith the salesman was okay to work with. I absolutely enjoyed their Administrative assistant and the mechanic, they were a lot of fun! I think if they consider the small things (like full tank of gas and minimizing any immediate future maintenances) it would go that extra mile for a great experience.

Great service! Great cars!
I went to motorcars of kalamazoo looking at a 2011 dodge ram 1500 slt, keith came right outside and met me at the truck, handed me the keys showed me everything on it, i loved it, 30 minutes later drove away with the truck of my dreams! Thank you Motorcars!

AMAZING PLACE WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!
I went to mototrcars of kalamazoo to look at a couple of vehicles and i was super saticfied with the service i received. They made sure i found the right car and that i was 100% saticfied with the vehicel i was buying. keith was my sales man and he went above and beyond to help me with getting financed and made sure to explain the whole process as i was signing my papaers. I highly recomend motorcars of kalamazoo!!

Complete disrespect for our time
Salesman promised to meet us at 10am on Saturday morning to look at a jeep on the lot. We drove for an hour to be there and he never showed up! Didn't even call!! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time.
