This is a zero star dealership. Had to click a star to move to next screen. Bought a caravan end of Feb 2026. Here we are, the middle of May, and our list of issues has reached 8! They say vehicle thoroughly inspected. Then why is change oil light on? "OH, they must have forgot to reset" dealer guy says. Ok, i understand. Noone is perfect. But wait, horn doesnt work, side mirror defrost doesnt work, radio doesnt work and AC doesnt work!! At this point, i feel its safe to say they didnt thoroughly inspect this vehicle. Now we have cluncking sounds in rear end AND it starts when ever it wants to. They did offer for us to take vehicle to their garage in Lansing (2.5 hrs from here with gas at $5 a gallon) and they will, maybe, offer a discount. Why would we trust your business again? You keep hiding behind your "as is" and ill do my best to make sure any future customers are thoroughly aware of your definition of "thoroughly inspected" and how much you value your "as is" reputation. I hope this, thoroughly deserved, bad review makes success a little harder for your business because your business has, thoroughly, made success a lot harder for me.

I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer from this MotorCarsOnline location on December 8, and the situation has now been ongoing for nearly three months without being fully resolved. Shortly after leaving the dealership and beginning the drive home, the vehicle started displaying electrical warning lights and sensor alerts. The vehicle was also leaking oil due to a loose oil filter that had not been properly tightened. When I contacted the dealership about the warning lights, I was told in writing that they “knew what the issue was” and that they had already spoken with their service department about it. Despite that, the vehicle still required diagnostic work at a Jeep dealership to address the problem. There were also issues regarding the spare key. I was told in writing that the key would go out in that day’s mail, but that never actually happened. After several weeks of follow-up it became clear the key had not been mailed. During the process of trying to resolve the missing key issue, a staff member even asked whether I would be willing to sign an NDA before they sent payment for the replacement key, which was surprising given the situation. Another major issue has been the warranty paperwork. The warranty was supposed to reflect commercial use with unlimited mileage and a $100 deductible, since the vehicle was purchased in my company’s name and is used for work. However, the warranty was processed incorrectly and has required additional time and effort to correct. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with the dealership, including speaking with the general manager, Mark, who informed me that the matter had been placed on Simone to handle. Despite that, I still have not received direct communication from Simone to finalize the remaining warranty correction. At this point, I am simply asking for the vehicle and warranty to reflect the terms originally agreed upon at purchase and for the remaining issues to be resolved. I hope the dealership will reach out so this situation can be resolved before I need to escalate the matter further.

Was interested in a car in kalamazoo(where i live) was actually in lansing, wanted me to put deposit on it to get it brought to kalamazoo. Then spent several weeks calling and was being told it was in service, headlight, then turned into electrical prob. Never physically was able to check it out, test drive, NOTHING! Stay away from these guys, somethings very wrong with them...?

I was set up to get a vehicle with no money down. Next day they sold it to someone else. Then I inquired about another one that was listed at $6500. When she set up the payments she told me that the advertised price was wrong and that it was $2200 more than the advertised price and now needed a $2000 deposit. The reason I gave 2 stars is they they do seem nice.

Dishonest dealership with unprofessional practices. Contacted dealership and exchanged trade in information. Dealership was going to contact me back which it never did and then raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in. So unprofessional and shady. Don't trust this place and would never buy a vehicle here. Don't recommend it either due to lack of trust and transparency.

10/10 would shop here again! We found our dream car online and George made the entire process of buying it and trading in our old car so easy and seamless. I am so over the moon with our new car! Thank you for everything you did to make this dream car a reality for our family.

Buyers beware!!! We recently picked up a used Jeep Wrangler from George over at Motorcars of Kalamazoo. First of all, we had to wait almost 2 weeks in order to get the vehicle because George said that it was getting detailed and inspected by their team. He told me that during the inspection their team found some issues with the brakes and steering which took several more days to get fixed. We ended up buying the vehicle and once we drove it home, that’s when all of the issues began of course. Hitting a small bump caused the vehicle to pull tremendously. The ABS light turned on and the ABS started to engage while driving which is very unsafe. We live 90 minutes away and so I didn’t want to drive it back to the dealership to have them look at it again for god knows how long, so I brought it into my trusted mechanic to have them take a look. They found that the vehicle had a broken tie rod in the front and another one that was extremely loose. The brakes in the rear were seized. The ABS sensors in the rear were not working and the rear axle had major damage and needed to be fully replaced. What was crazy is that all of the issues that were found were things that his team was supposedly working on for almost 2 weeks… I had my mechanic start fixing the issues and texted George to let him know about the damage that was found. He apologized and asked that I send him the bill afterwards so that they could help me out. I sent him the bill and they responded by saying that they aren’t willing to do anything. Keep in mind this all happened within the first few days of owning the vehicle. So over $3,000 later, our vehicle is not road worthy. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. These guys are shady and dishonest. George, you should be ashamed of yourself!
