The whole experience was amazing. I went to a few dealerships around CT, and no one was able to match the service Dave Paolino provided. I got the car that I absolutely love, and at a great price . Dave took extra time to go over everything and make sure I was all set before I drove off, and made sure I was truly satisfied. The experience every dealer should provide. This dealership is out of my way, but is worth every minute driving to if you are in a market for a new car. I personally recommend to go to this dealership first and save time. Marc and Tim at Sullivan Honda were amazing they helped me so much to help get me the car that was the right fit for me and something I would be able to afford, by the end of my experience I honestly felt like family and I highly recommend coming to them if you’re in the market for a car you won’t find another dealership that will take care of you as well as they took care of me.

We had a deal fall apart at another dealer. BTW Greenwich Honda ?do not do business with them at all cost?. Called Sullivan that very day and talk to our wonderful salesperson Arron. I explained the previous deal that was on the table and asked if he could match it. Site unseen on our trade in he said he could. Arron had the car ready when we pulled up. From there his professionalism was well received. He gave a test drive where he was compellity versed in the cars features. Car closed the deal with Tim in the finance dept. Decision making and major purchases are not always my strong suit and Dave Paolino made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Funny, respectful, patient, informative, and not at all pushy (other than encouraging me to get all the information I needed before making a decision) -- Dave was the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I walked away with a good deal on a great car, some bonus incentives thrown in, and the promise to follow up with any needs that should arise. Tim in the finance department was also fantastic. He respected that I understood the numbers and knew what I was talking about, and also was willing to slow down and go over details as needed. We caught a discrepancy between two different sets of paperwork and he made sure that everything was rectified in my favor. I will be coming back the next time we need a car (though hopefully not for a long time -- this one is in great shape!)

Worked with Dave Paolino to purchase a new CR-V EX-L. Dave made what can be a difficult contentious time into a relaxed enjoyable experience. He gave me the time and answers I required to make my decision.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sullivan Honda. I reached out via the Internet about their lease deals and car availability. Wesley Tanner responded quickly and answered all of my questions without being pushy. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car as well as for a payment. He worked with me to get the best deal possible and we made the deal over the Internet! Easiest lease deal ever! After that I went to the dealer signed the papers and within the hour I drove off in my gorgeous new car. Don’t waste your time with other dealers, these guys are down to earth honest and helpful.

We drove 2.5 hour to Connecticut a week ago Saturday to take a look at a used Volvo on the Sullivan Honda lot. Nothing against Hondas - our first car was a Honda - but we have been driving Volvos for a long time. Although we were looking to replace our car, we planned to look around first. However, the car was in very good condition at a good price, we liked it, and Dave Paolino was terrific to work with. Not only did we get a good offer for our old Volvo as a trade-in, but Dave and the dealership were accommodating to everything that we asked for. Not having planned to buy, we only had just over an hour at Sullivan. Still, in that hour we agreed on the purchase and planned to return the following week. On Tuesday, the car was looked over in the morning, Dave arranged for a minor repair, he test drove it himself to make sure it was running perfectly, and he had it cleaned again. We picked it up that night! Dave handled the Mass Registry for us as well. We could not have been more satisified.
