. Jessie handle everything within 3 days. Didn’t lie and answered every 21 question I had. Buy from them they really for us Yes they are. Everyone in the dealer greeted us like we part of the family. When they say we part of the family it’s true....Jessie kept me informed in every step of the way even answered me on his day off even prompt with his calls and text.. I tell you I will only deal with them believe that!!!!!!! Thanks so much guys from the bottom of my heart. Now I’m blowing down the highway in my 2018 Honda Accord!!!’nn

My lease was up on my Crv, I scheduled an appointment with Joe Kenney to buy my Crv outright.I could not ask for a better salesman to walk me through the process. Also , the financing with Tim went smooth and Tim is great. Dave Paolino was excellent, from the time we walked into the parking lot he came out and greeted us with a smile. He was very explanatory with all details about the car, he made us feel so easy. We came to look at the car and ended up walking out with a deposit ready to buy a CRV EX. He was helpful to the end as I drove out with my brand new crv ex. Dealership had competitive pricing on vehicle and sales representatives that were very helpful along each step of the car buying experience. Dave was also very quick and timely in his responses via email, phone, and text messages.

I knew exactly what I wanted. Told dealer I didn't want to play games, buy additional warranty, simonize, etc... The other dealers I contacted all gave me the run around on final price - wanted me to come in to dealership to get the final price. Sullivan gave me a complete out the door price over email, after 2 phone calls we made the deal. I showed up to pickup the vehicle - was in and out in less than an hour (signing paperwork and vehicle review/demonstration).

David Paolino was our sales consultant in 2015 when we leased our first CR-V. He kept contact over the years to ensure that we were still satisfied with the vehicle.. When a favorable situation came up for upgrading our vehicle, he contacted us, obtained the desired version and color (especially important for my wife), and arranged our new lease. He is especially professional and a joy to work with. Over the years Sullivan Honda's service department has also been excellent.

My husband and I arrived at Sullivan to look at an Accord that we saw on line for me. Within a few hours, I was driving my new car home. I felt very comfortable with Jessie Santiago and Tim Kulla. They were very professional - but also sincerely friendly. I never felt pressured even through the financial close out. Jessie spent time with us going through the features of the car. The car I purchased was not the one I saw on line. I love my Honda Sport, it is so comfortable and fits me perfectly.

Although this dealership is not local for me, the drive was well worth my time. They we're fair and accommodating and most importantly quick!
