I worked with Mr. Dave Paolino for the entire process and he is simply awesome and very professional. We communicated mostly text and emails and he delivered the vehicle as he promised. He is very prompt on responses. He put so much effort to find 2018 model for me and brought one from other dealer. During delivery day he was off, but came to office and took care of the delivery. Not many ppl will do. He spent enough time to explain all the options in the dash board and other functions of the car. He is friendly and helpful. He asked me to contact if I have any issues or questions on the vehicle. Worked with Tim on financing and he is super fast and finished quickly the paper work. Anytime that I've had a problem with my car, and usually unexpected, I can just stop in and count on Sullivan Honda to fit me into their busy schedule. Their service writers are very friendly and helpful. Wait times can be a couple of hours but it all depends on what type of repair your car needs and how many people may be ahead of you. Repairs are generally of good quality although expensive. Labor charges are high. All in all I am satisfied with the their service.

I needed something very simple done; the day I called. The bulb in the dome light was not working. They fitted me in, replaced he bulb and performed a small recall that I did not know about and then washed my car! Plus, everyone was chatty and helpful. Great service!
