I had such a great experience right from the onset. I had the pleasure of working with Kenneth Faukner who really went above and beyond. He listened to what I needed and made sure he customized his service to tailor to that. I felt like he truly cared and had my best interest at heart. David Zahraie with financing was also a great help. He took his time to explain everything and walk me through the financing options available. I love my car and will definitely recommend Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring. Make sure to ask for Kenneth, you won't regret it.

I paid for an unnecessary repair of front axle.
I paid for an unnecessary repair of front axle. The noise was identified incorrectly as a damage but the noise was still there even after the replacement of front axle. The problem was with tires that had 2 different kinds. Nissan must refund the money for doing an unnecessary axle replacement that was wrongfully identified as the cause for the noise I complained.

It’s expensive; I have been asked nearly - 8.
It’s expensive; I have been asked nearly - 8.5K to fix Nissan Sentra 2018 SV transmission issue. I paid $227 for the diagnosis and this also unfair.
