Customer for years

Very impressed, I the customer was kept inform constantly on the progress, which took 3 hr of troubleshooting the electrical problem. These guys are very good at their work.

Exceptional Service Above and Beyond

I purchased my Countryman last year from Mini of Pittsburgh and continue to be amazed at their consistent exceptional service that keeps me an engaged customer. Chris Lasko and the entire team truly go above and beyond making the mini experience uniquely special compared to any other dealer experience. Jason took great care of me helping me schedule service after the purchase for my add ons and designing my customization. And Joy did an exceptional job with a personal one-on-one reacquainting and refreshing me on the features of my Countryman this week since I had to miss the recent 2nd Chance event. Joy was so patient, thorough, and helpful with teaching me how to take my mini experience to the next level. Thank you Joy! You rock! At the end of the day, it all about the experience. Beyond Excellent!!!

Hit a pothole an blew out the tire. Had it towed late night (Wednesday) to Mini of Pittsburgh. Well before lunch the next day they called and had already had tire solutions for us which was most likely challenging as the tires on the car did not come from them so research I am sure was needed. The tire was delivered and placed on Friday and ready for a weekend of driving. All of the team at Mini of Pittsburgh are amazing! While I hate to have to bring my Mini in for any reason, I at least know that things will be done right and quickly. Anytime I have to come to the dealership the experience is always the same: exceptional! They set the bar for others to reach!

Buying car made easy!

I loved it. Jarrett is awesome!!! He knows so much about the Mini's and answered all my questions. I like the fact that he wanted me to get the car I wanted; not just push me into whatever car to get a sale. It's nice to go to a car dealership where the staff is friendly and not pushy. This is my second Mini purchase and I love it. I will continue to do business with Mini in the future.
