Excellent Treatment

Lauren did a fantastic job taking care of me and my MINI. She clearly explained everything and even took me to the service tech (another extremely helpful and friendly person)to show me what was going on with my MINI. I was also offered a no hassle loaner. Dan and Denny, the other two people in the service department, were also willing and helpful to Lauren and I to complete my exceptional service experience.

Theo Vasser was my salesperson- he was AWESOME !!! He was very helpful, answered all my questions and fun to work with. I am VERY happy with the purchase of my new 2013 Mini. The car is fantastic and so is the staff of Mini of Pittsburgh. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from them !! THANKS !!!!

I have been buying cars over the past 35...

I have been buying cars over the past 35 years......without a doubt, Morgan McLane from MINI of Pittsburgh made ordering my latest car the very best experience I have ever had. No pressures or hassles....his goal was making sure I ordered the exact car I wanted allowing me to take as much time as I needed in making this investment. It is refreshing and rare from my auto sales experiences to be talked to by someone that knows the car thoroughly, and knows exactly how enthusiastic I am about driving. Did I mention this is the second MINI I have purchased in two years from MINI of Pittsburgh? Kudos to the entire sales staff, MINI folks are the BEST!

These guys are the best. I bought my car at a local...

These guys are the best. I bought my car at a local Chrysler dealer but wanted to have it checked by someone that knows Mini's. They were fantastic. They checked the car in dropped me off to shop and picked me up. Jason Karpa, when the car was done, went over the car for at least half an hour. He showed me things on the car I had no idea about. He was so helpful and everyone was so friendly. They treated me like a long lost friend. I can only imagine how great it would be to buy the car there. They really know there stuff. I will recomend anyone with a Mini or thinking of getting one contact them. I was happy with the car before but now I know everything is correct on it.

When I ran into Morgan at Mini of Pittsburgh, I knew he was the only sales representative I wanted to deal with. He's down-to-earth, patient, friendly and found me an awesome Mini. If you're looking to work with a salesman who treats you like a good friend and not just another customer, Morgan is your man.
