Comfortable and friendly

I am currently driving the second Mini that i purchased at Mini of Pittsburgh. I LOVE my car!! . Also, all of my service visits have been great!

Best Car Dealership Experience I Have Ever Had!!!

I have loved my two minis and hope to be a future customer if I continue to have such a great relationship . I have convinced 4 other people to buy from Pittsburgh so I am an advocate and love mini.

Personalized Touch

The 2015 Mini will be our third one. The servicing of the car you provide is excellent. And when you say that the car will be serviced at 10 AM, you service it at 10AM. Since 2007 we had only to pay for new tires. We like how the Mini rides and the gas mileage is great. We are very happy with Mini of Pittsburgh.

Sleazy doesn't begin to describe P&W

It's seems that people are in love with these toy cars no matter what kind of experience they have at this dealership since other reviewers have posted positive feedback. I have never been in a crappier more broken car for 20 thousand in my life. Several things were wrong with the car. It's no wonder on my test drive things were not working as they should have been since the reviews all talk about endless quality issues. But when we spotted serious safety issues with the car we were being sold, the salesman's first instinct was to deny them and try to explain them as routine wear from a 1 year old car? They needed fixing before sale just to be safe for crying out loud. Later he backed down and admitted they were bad and probably should fix it, but still they wanted above market prices for a car with serious issues? Circle talking was their sales pitch. I would never go back to a dealer who tries to put me on the defensive. I selected a much better car elsewhere where the salesmen were honest and had nothing to cover up. Very disappointed with the type of car but more so disappointed how I felt dirty after my experience with P&W Mini. I would never write an bad review on anyone on most occasions, good or bad. This dealership needs a wake-up call in customer relations. Go anywhere but you can buy from someone who actually treats you with respect and honesty,

Happy Customer

Lauren was courteous, knowledgeable and on top of the complex issues with my car repair. She was superb in answering my questions, in keeping me up-to-date with the progress of those repairs. It was a wonderful experience dealing with her.

Great Dealership

Lauren was at the service desk and met me with a smile. She made sure I received great service in a timely manner. There was a bit of a mixup with the car, but when she was made aware of it she immediately saw that it was taken care of. She showed me empathy, gave me a Mini notebook as a gift and was a listening ear to some non-car issues! She went above and beyond, as did the other people in the service department.
