Friendly and helpful as always!

Friendly and helpful as always! Fixed an issue caused by a quick lube. Oil filter not tightened. Will recommend Crain Springdale service to my friends.

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

My time here was super easy! They listened to what I was looking for, showed me multiple options, and walked me through my whole process. This was my first time buying a car, so I had lots of questions and concerns.

Sarah contacted me once and I asked her to have Ricardo

Sarah contacted me once and I asked her to have Ricardo the sales person contact me but he never did. Then I emailed her a few days later asking about the truck I was very interested in but never got a reply. I guess she and Ricardo were too busy.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Salesman was untrained and it took four hours to complete the sale. Oscar, the finance guy, would not take no for an answer to extended warranty. Our daughter got so upset at his high-pressure tactics that she had to leave the room. The second key was nowhere to be found requiring a return trip that lasted an hour and a half for the key to be produced. Missing parts (trunk pakage tray and underbody panel), mismatched tires, and unreported suspension and muffler hanger damage that impeded a trailer hitch installation. Sales manager Nick would do nothing to address any of these issues. Avoid Crain Buixk GMC at all costs.

How can you not find records of a vehicle that was

How can you not find records of a vehicle that was purchase and been in shop there three different times. Tells me if you can't fix it you avoid it. Also to charge additional to diagnose a vehicle that has a warranty. Fix things charge warranty and customer still has problems somebody makes a little extra income
