I have, over the past decade, bought and leased several

I have, over the past decade, bought and leased several new MINIs from this dealership. All my of my experiences in doing so have been exceptionally positive and without any problems or unresolved issues. At age 83 I have a long history of doing business with car dealerships throughout central Texas. Of all of them, without exception, MINI of AUSTIN is by far the very best in terms sales, services and professionalism! I highly recommend this company.

I took my 2019 MIINI Cooper S to MINI of Austin at my

I took my 2019 MIINI Cooper S to MINI of Austin at my 10:30am appointment time for an oil change and two air filters. Five and a half hours later, after promising the car would be ready in three, they had done NOTHING to my car. That’s even after they said my car was “next up’” at 2:45pm. I even got a mailer a few days ago from the MINI of Austin service manager Tony Owen, saying “select factory recommended services” are covered in my “boot to bonnet” maintenance agreement. That was not true because when I actually asked for the work, they said that agreement had expired. I won’t be back.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. They made the buying process so easy, and made sure I was well-oriented with car and even set up my phone and personal preferences before I headed home in my new car. Best dealership and purchase experience I've had in Austin.
