Of the dozen or so cars I have purchased in the past handful of decades, buying my mini by far has been the easiest and quickest purchase ever. I hate the haggling process you must endure elsewhere and insult to injury is the 5 hr and more process at the dealership. Thank goodness there is Mini of Austin for breaking that mold.

I drove from Tulsa, OK (an 8 hour drive) in order to buy the car bc my service experience was stellar. And yes, there are 2 closer dealerships: one 1.5 & one 4 hours away.

This was my 2nd used MINI I have bought from MINI of Austin and have been really pleased with the service and the condition of the vehicles. I was trading in a motorcycle and it took about a week to get the deal done this time and Steve was super patient with me throughout the whole process. Brad, the sales manager stayed actively engaged with the process and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Best part of all is there is a “no pressure sales” atmosphere here and it was a wonderful buying experience. Full disclosure…this is my 4th MINI from this dealership so I may be a little biased : ) But seriously, I totally recommend buying your next MINI from here and you will be pleasantly surprised with the sales team!
