GREAT USED CARS

Bought a 2017 Honda CRV from Laura at Gettel used. Got me in and out and have loved every second of owning this car. Go see her for a great, honest, experience.

Richie Wood took good care of me even though I did not make a appointment, wished all dealerships had good polite people like him. Did not fair as well at Douglas in Venice.

Part was on backorder no ETA and they did not care

Waranty work. There was no knowing when the part would be available. The car sat for 2 weeks. They tried up selling brake flush, trans flush and tires. They would not give me a rental car. So after I called dodge and have a specialist look into it proof it was done after 2 weeks. Gave me the keys popped the hood to check everything. Brake cap was off and just sitting on the master cylinder. My transmission dip stick was sticking out. This is how they give the car back. One fix the did was the the o ring on the vvt solinoid. Well driving the car check engine codes were popping up. They broke the wiring connector and would just pop off. Then the manager texts me to warn me about the survey so he can get all good reviews. Beware of the service department they will leave you worse off.

Vehicle purchased has computer issues. Vehicle computer restarted in an intersection and turned the engine off. I was able to coast through with momentum. Service department did what they could and I was told the computer restarting likely erased the error log. Every time I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told he was at “another location.” Gettel has been unreliable and like they are trying to avoid any accountability. I do not feel safe in the vehicle Gettel sold me.

Doug and the whole service staff were amazing at the dealership they kept me up to date and had done in a reasonable time told me about recalls I didn’t even know we had

Scheduled Maintenance

Very efficient and clean dealership and service department. Great waiting area. The staff is very friendly. Easy process to schedule the appointment. Finished the maintenance in a reasonable period of time.

Richard took great care in listing a couple of problems that I had heard under car. When finding out what the problem was contacted with explanation and would let me know when parts are in to finish job. Great experience great help 👍👍
