Ray was fantastic. Just a totally honest sales guy! He explained that Gettel is always totally upfront and honest. They are trained to be that way every time!

Quick and convenient service dept, completed an airbag recall on 2004 Dodge Ram. Rep was polite and knowledgeable. Call for scheduling was concise , scheduled next day.

They would lie to their mother to sell you a car and waranties. And then NOT BACK IT UP. They don't care about the consequences of lying to you.

Jeep latitude

Customer service off this time didn't seem as complete looking at my jeep and customer service wasn't very friendly plus NOONE wore mask and came to close

Quick and professional

So quick and a very fair price. We were very impressed. A great experience. The car was repaired in under four hours. Could not believe how fast it was. Mr. Woods was great.

Paint coating, oil change and side door repair

I took our van in for re-sealing which we have to do every 6 months to maintain our warranty, they did a fantastic job! They also changed our oil and order a new part for our power side doors. John in the office was great and treated us very well! I highly recommend Gettel !

Always excellent service

Took our Jeep Wrangler in for regular oil change and check up. John Merrill is always there promptly to assist us with our check in and check out. Calls if service found any extras they thought were a good idea to have done while there i.e.: change the air filter which we had done. John went over the bill in detail. No surprises ever when we go with our two Jeep Wranglers. He's honest, upfront, professional asset to Gettel. We trust him. He's the best. Will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Gettel as long as John is still there. Thanks for hiring him!!!!

Satisfied customer

Jorge kept me updated with the status of the repairs on my Jeep and took the time to explain and itemize all costs. They also provided complimentary Uber service so I could wait at home.
