Get repair estimate for leaking antifreeze

Gave me an estimate for a water pump that I didn’t even need took it to a different shop and it was my thermostat housing wanted to charge $1200 for water pump flush thermostat and air filter ridiculous

Bait and switch be careful !!! I went to this dealership to purchase a 13,000 car advertised then got to the dealership and ended up paying 20,000 before purchasing anything other than the car, after negotiating the price of the car when they got to the contract they cleverly changed the price to reflect the payment I was trying to stay under then moved the payment to 75 months and lied about that as well. They wear you down waiting for hours so your too tired to catch all the games they play with you, shame on me for not reading the contact better but I thought they were an honest standup business.

Brendan Sales Staff

Brendan was our sales rep, great down to earth guy without the usual car salesman bs. Worked his butt off over 3 days to get us the best deal possible. Sales manager or whomever makes the final deal was not impressive. Seemed like he could careless if they moved a vehicle or not. Only reason I would go back is because of Brendan, was a pleasure to deal w him. Also the finance man whose name I forget was very personable and made the paperwork part very easy. Kudos to those two gentlemen they should be commended

Wrangler had a noise

We haven't driven it enough after the service to know if it's repaired. It was quiet on the drive home. I liked working with John in service

Happy with Service from Mike.

This was the first service for my 2020 Cherokee. Courteous and Friendly service. We were in and out in an hour. Mike explained everything that was done, reviewed our warranty etc. very pleased
