What has brought us back to your dealership are your employees! When we purchased our new Gladiator, our salesperson, Mathew (Big Country) was very courteous, likable, and professional! That's one of the reasons we went back to Gettel to purchase the new truck! Secondly, the recent maintenance service we received was efficient and productive. Your Service manager, Tracy Lambert, was caring and conscientious about the service department's time schedule & Quality of work.

Waited too long for contact with service.

Waited too long for contact with service. Could not find my appointment on log. Seemed to have only one person writing service orders. Wendy Huckaby arrived and from then on it was a good visit. Wendy is a keeper

If your going to by a car please go with someone never go

If your going to by a car please go with someone never go alone especially if your a women & no nothing about cars like myself. I don’t like to say bad things about people but my heart aces for anyone who walks in & ends up in my same situation please just bring someone along with you who may know a little more about cars then yourself. I’m not wrighting this to call out the people who I had untrustworthy experience with I pray they see this & that maybe respect & honesty will become something they can work on while dealing with people who are trusting you to send them off in what they think is to be a good car & to some of us 5k down payment was something we had to work hard for & save up to get it.- Honesty will go so much further then any lie ever told. I do want to say thank you with everything in me thank you so much to angee Perkins thank you for bringing honesty and trustworthy information to everyone who walks in. Thank you for caring about other people & being the person willingly to go the extra mile to help someone out. & the man David who was outside thank you for your kindness and your welcoming Attitude that you give soon people pull up to service it means a lot & really dose impact the experience before even entering the building. You both are a perfect example of don’t judge a place based off the horrible situation you had with most people because there still some that are amazing thank you for all you do just know it impacts the life’s of others to see people actually do their jobs in away you can see they are Good honest people who do care. Your the light that stands out in a dark place thank you!

Thank you I personally don’t know who you are but with all do respect I had canceled the appointment that was made yesterday for next week, because I had to take a half of day off of work to drive a hour & 15 mins from Naples & leave with no oil in my car & was told to go next door to auto zone & pour oil in the car. I only drove that far because I was told to by my sales person but when I arrived I was suddenly a liar & was never told that since he only left voice mails and did not wright out on paper. The level of disrespect that took place in front of my young daughter was not okay. I don’t want to ever end up in a situation like that again especially with my child with me therefor I will take care of everything on my car somewhere else. Maybe my situation will be the reason someone else never has the same situation after someone maybe talking with the employees I pray that they will handle the next customers with honesty & respect just like those who enter should treat those who work there with honesty & respect. Thank you & have a blessed day.

And with all honesty me being a woman who knows nothing about cars was not very wise to just pull up to a car lot after a 15 hours shift working in the e.r all night I looked at a car and because I liked the way it looked that was the only car I looked at I said I want it I paid for it the first time I even sat in it was driving it on my way home so therefor a lesson learned for myself my next car I will test drive before I pay for it and take it off the lot. So I also am to blame for that but I also I take it as I leaned my lesson. & anyone who buys a car I hope you are more wise than me before buying take it on a test drive that would have solved 98% of my problems.
