Acura of Brooklyn

I use this Acura dealership for servicing my MDX. Will continue to do so. This dealership is not as "fancy" as suburban dealerships but I've been very satisfied with their quality of work.

My experience with Acura of Brooklyn, the advisors were professional and very knowledgeable about the reasoning for my visit to Acura, I brought my vehicle for an air bag recall, my advisors explained in detail and in simple terms of why the recall was nessecary.

Since I brought my Acura TLX I've came to this Brooklyn Acura service center. The employees are knowledgeable and polite. I never have no issues when my car is given back to me. Three out of the four times I've been here I've recommended for Alica to be my service advisor. She's friendly, polite and always keeps me abreast of what's going on with my car. I will definitely be back here again.

As a driver, I know that, the car need service to support, in order to drive around smoothly. So I got a chance to see the service department after I completed the service with sales which is next door. The adviser and the technician worked together on the car. They did good job. I even told the Acura customer hot-line about their good job. The sales person knowledgeable and helpful. The service is good as well.

Brought my car in this morning for an oil change and to look into the TPMS light. In the very cold weather I've found the TPMS light comes on sometimes, so they added some air to my tires and got the light off within minutes and the oil change was done promptly. Very pleasant staff as always and was happy to enjoy free breakfast and a ride home in the complimentary shuttle. Always recommend this place to my family and friends.
