Damon Jones was awesome
This was my second visit to the showroom and my salesman Damon Jones was just as helpful as my first visit! He is very patient and helped me make the best choice for myself. I would definitely recommend him and plaza auto mall of Nostrand Ave to all my family and friends looong for a vehicle. Great Customer service skills is what a lot of businesses are lacking nowadays, but thanks to Damon he has proven that great and professional service is still being shown.

Great services.
Was there for oil change, service is great. Waiting area is clean, neat and warm, coffee and some donuts offered, even I did not take any. All workers are friendly and in professional manner.

Great service
They are good service. I see the waiting area have coffee machine and DD for the guests. There have free WiFi and TV. And the lady was so nice but I didn’t know her name. She was taking good care of us. We didn’t wait for long time to finish changing airbags.

Great service
Sometimes the service at Acura is mediocre. Most times they don't call to keep me updated - I have to constantly call them and they don't return calls. And the car is usually not ready when I go to pick it up. Yesterday's experience was way better than I've had in the past. Richard Billingsley was efficient and called me to keep me updated. The car was making a clunking and rattling noise; I was there last week and they couldn't find the problem. So I brought the car back, Kawsar checked it and found the cause of the rattling. I'm not sure the clunking is solved yet - it comes and goes sporadically. But And the car was waiting for me when I got there. Keep up the good work!

Not bad
20 minutes in line to check-in. 22 minutes from check-in to getting my car after it was done. Just an oil change, so not bad. I think the service department could use more space for check in and the bathroom needs work.
