Your dealership is selling Atlas under deceptive

Your dealership is selling Atlas under deceptive practices since you all aware the brakes make a horrible noise and you all can't fix it and expect a customer to drive a 58k car around noisey brakes. Shame on your dealership.

Overall it was a good experience.

Overall it was a good experience. The buying process was easy and Jose was really helpful. However, I didn't feel I had much options. No complimentary services were offered.

People excellent. Vehicle delivered had damaged or scratched paint on top of the back power hatch. I don’t know why this was not detected during final inspection or wash

Very poor service.

Very poor service. Takes for ever to find a date for the dealership to diagnose a problem and so far they have not been able to identify the issue since they replaced the transmission . On top of that since we purchased the car there is and issue with the breaks and the answer from the dealer was that there is solution for them even though they acknowledged they are defective.
