The staff told me it would take one to two days to fix

The staff told me it would take one to two days to fix the recall on my 2014 VW Passat, but it only took a couple of hours. That is good service.

Service tech did not inspect filters.

Service tech did not inspect filters. Stated they were good. I told him that I had already checked them and he was surprised and said “oh well I can change it” but my vehicle was out of the shop after 2 hours. Lady at the desk said I could buy it and put it myself?? Good to know VW Rudolph. Will keep that in mind for next purchases

Receptionist at service wasn’t too welcoming .

Receptionist at service wasn’t too welcoming . Told her the issues i was having with my cars brakes and right away said well what do you want to do we can only check the breaks today can’t do anything else. Wasn’t very helpful

Ms. Lara was extremely helpful in addressing my maintenance concerns. She recommended that I come in early for a quick initial look to allow her team to identify any and all issues. This saved me a significant amount of time as this allowed her team to focus on the repairs during my actual appointment vs only identifying the issues. I greatly appreciate Ms. Lara and her professionalism in going above and beyond to thoroughly take care of my concerns while also doing her absolute best to expedite the process, saving me valuable time. Ms. Lara is by far the best service manger I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend her and her team to anyone!
