World class service!

I needed to leave my car there to change the rear camera, and they did a great job. They fixed the problem promptly, as well as washed my car, worked on a recall, and di an oil change. I always receive the best service, every time I need to bring my car there.

Buying a new car

Kia of Dartmouth is the only place in the area you want to go for a car. You should ask to speak with Keith. He was great. We never felt pressured or unimportant. We were treated with a friendly and respectful attitude. We were completely at peace through the whole process. They made the process really fast too. We did not have to be there all day. This is the second car we have purchased from there. I have no doubt when the time comes we will go back to see them for another new car. Thanks Kia of Dartmouth Team! You guys rock.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IS VERY BELITTLING

I've never felt so belittled. Staff acted as though I've never bought a car before even after insisting to test drive my current vehicle. Even though I work in the finance the sales staff tried making me feel stupid and made false claims. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anybody, they don't deserve your hard earned money

Service Dept

Brought my 2015 optima sxl in for warranty work had an issue with back up camera service advisor Jason Cunha and service Mgr didn't get his name were both very professional and courteous when explaining the end result caused by new wide angle camera being installed.

GREAT

Im rating this dealership 5 stars because of my unique experience i had with them. I went to this dealership to look at and purchase a used car i was interested in. After inspecting the car and going for a test drive, I really loved the car and wanted to get it. After a little while the dealership salesmen and I came to an agreement. I put a down payment on the car, signed the papers and was able to drive off the lot that afternoon. I was a happy customer. Later that night after being home for a while I was starting to really think about the car and the purchase I made. My gut feeling was that I made a big mistake and I was in over my head on buying such a nice vehicle. After stressing most of the night and barely sleeping, I knew I was going to try and return the car. The following morning I took the car back to the dealership and confessed my mistake to the salesmen in hopes that they would work something out with me. I talked with the GM there and received the utmost professionalism, along with all the other employees there. Everyone was very understanding about the situation, and for that I have great respect for them. Helping me when they didn't have to, I cant explain how much I appreciate what they did for me. Whatever brings you into KIA of Dartmouth, I am confident you'll be respected, treated fairly, and given a great deal on an amazing car. You wont be disappointed by this dealership. Kia Optima

Go see Dave Beard! He is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to working with you on a price that suits your needs. Kia of Dartmouth registered my car for me because I live in Stamford Ct and drove the plates 3 goes to me. I've never had a dealership be more accommodating, and I highly recommend this dealership.

complaint of reimbersment promise/runaround

I have recommended your dealership to several people. One friend purchased a sportage, I bought my sportage in April of 2012 NEW. Trying for 5 yrs to get the gas reimbusment rebate. To no avail. Will not recommend Kia again until reimbusment is settled. Very disappointing. A new Kia for me is out of the question until rebate is sent. Bad P.R. Purchased from New Bedford on Bellview Ave. The service dept.in Dartmouth is very accommodating and helpful and nice.My BIG complant is my rebate. Thank you

Deceptive Pricing

Quoted their "Lowest Price" only to find out that their internet price - same day was $1,100.00 cheaper, this is deceptive/cheating action, I would recommend staying away from this dealer. Service personnel hanging around talking instead of working

Thinking of a new car purchase..

As I informed Noor Rahmany my sales professional on a test drive "I really detest car buying at dealerships because of the games that are known to occur and I won't be a part of that. I won't go back and forth on prices and am not playing around". Well.... Noor made it so that none of this even came close to occurring. He was honest, straight with the information and gave me the desired price first shot. The kind of guy you would even consider being friends with. Trust me... it takes a lot for me to say this. I believe he appreciated my honesty and straightforwardness as well - it makes things much easier this way.
