Best purchase ever!

I contact them over the internet for a quote, Anais got back to be right away, help me with all the info and process my application, gave me appointment to go test drive my Sedona. I was 15 minutes early and the salesman David Deoliveira was ready waiting for me to help me with the process, Also the sales manager did miracles to get me the car I wanted and I went home few hours later with my dream car! I am a very happy customer thanks to all of you at Kia of Dartmouth. Thank you guys your are great.

Rude Sales Manager

Was looking at preowns and got a preapproval from my own bank. Sales manager rudely didn't even want to negotiate and was talking like he knew the banking world. But little does he know I use to work for eastern bank. Lost a customer.

KIA Sportage 2011

I had totalled my vehicle and was looking on True Car.com for a Kia. I found this 2011 Kia Sportage and I was the only customer who had test drove this Kia as it had just come in from a previous customer who traded for a new one. My Salesman David was great and I was nervous about a loan as the insurance company had not paid off my previous vehicle as of yet, but they found me a loan that worked with me and I even got an extended warranty for 48,000 miles as the new car warranty had expired. I did have great service just went to give them the funds to register my vehicle and now will be waiting to see how that process goes as I will have to meet them at the Police Station for a vin check.

Great customer service!!

Buying a car was made easy by this dealership as always. I had to return to purchase another Kia Forte ONLY because I was in an accident and I truly believe my Kia Forte saved my life. The sales person David who came highly recommended was beyond helpful. He was knowledgeable, caring, and determined to put me in the car I wanted.And this is why my whole family returns to this dealership over and over to purchase there Kia's. David and Kia have a customer for life!!!!!

OK process, but nickle/diming at the end in unprofessional!

I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because most of the process was OK, the final step was really the disappointing part. I came in, as requested, as they wanted my 2015 Kia Sportage. Even though I now live an hour away, I stayed loyal to the same Kia dealership as the first time went smoothly. Needless to say, they negotiated an OK deal (after a very embarrassing initial offer) and part of the deal was a car starter. Living an hour away, making a FOURTH trip just for auto start (initial visit, second visit - come back to sign finance paperwork since the finance guy left for the day before I could do that (3pm), and third visit - come back to get plates!) was not an option. I got a quote from a local place that was $105 more than what they say they pay (if it wasn't a push to start it wouldn't have been more than the $210 the dealership is "offering" to give me).SO, even though I put a couple of thousand down just to make the deal work with them, they are nickle & diming me over $105? Lamont was a nice guy to deal with but his management makes the decisions and they have the worst customer service! I won't be back after this lease is over unless they resolve this issue.

Nickle and Diming by Sales Managers!

Pleasure to do business with

Salesman was not pushy but knowledgeable. We test drove two vehicles and purchased one on the spot. No need to go elsewhere. Former leased vehicle 2016 Kia Sorento. Great experience, great car

Great experience

Our salesperson was not pushy but knowledgeable. Test drove two vehicles and purchased one on the spot. No need to look elsewhere. 2016 Kia Sorento, great car.

Sportage 2013

My previous car was totaled and I needed a replacement. KIA offered excellent, friendly service. Salesman Noor Rahmany did everything possible to make it happen. Love my new car!
