I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Brought in 1a 2015 Kia Rio due to loss of power. Kia Service told us there was no compression in the engine and it was cracked. We took the car to a local shop and the issue was that the catalytic converter was clogged. Had it replaced and the car runs like new. Was Kia fooling us trying to get 7,000 to replace the engine ? I would never trust this dealer again.

Highly Recommend!

I recently bought a new car for our growing family, just needed something bigger and Max was amazing! He answered whatever questions we had and made the process nothing then great! He told us all the information we needed to know and then some and got us out of there in no time! Highly recommend!

Last April when my boyfriend got into an accident, Keith

Last April when my boyfriend got into an accident, Keith Brady helped him get into a new car. It wasn’t just a car he needed at the time, but actually would love and enjoy. During his time car shopping I started browsing and loving the idea of a new car for myself. While the timing wasn’t right for me, I came back to visit Keith over a year later and it seems like we were still part of the family and no time had passed. Conversations with Keith and the Kia of Dartmouth team always make me feel warm and welcome, and I realized it’s not only about the cars! Today I was able to drive off the lot with a new 2024 Kia Seltos SX to prepare for a new member of our family! We sincerely cannot thank the Kia of Dartmouth Team for all of their support during this process!

Keith B, was a great sales person to work with!

Our Sales Person Keith B was great to work with. Pleasant attitude and patient. The space was comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was one of the employees, I think the general manager was yelling at one point at someone and his general mood was irate. If this is the same person that everyone keeps mentioning in the reviews, he needs to be fired. If I had to deal with him instead of Keith B, I would never go back. I will do another review after I go for my first service there to let you know how it goes. This is my second car with Kia of Dartmouth and both times were a good experience. This one was even better dealing with Keith B.

Keith B was excellent.

Keith B was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and always available when I had questions. They definitely take a more aggressive approach in selling cars compared to other dealers I’ve seen so be prepared!

Poor communication.

Poor communication. Twice now my vehicle has gone in for service and I have had to chance someone down for updates. When asked to speak to the manager they refused until I actually had to raise my voice to demand. Car was there for over 1 week even with an appointment before it even was looked at.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!! Staff very rude.... especially Tyler! Stay far away!!! All they seem to care about is money! Pretty sad consider how much money cars are going for these days!! If you want a Kia... go to Swansea!!!

The salesman, Keith B, was so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff there are all helpful, friendly, and polite. I love my new Kia it is a great car!

Unprofessional Work environment

I have been a patron of your location since I purchased my vehicle almost 3 years ago. Your salesman Dave is a true professional along with most of your staff other than your General Sales Manager Mike Fortuna. The other day while waiting for a service, I over heard him constantly belittling a team member loud enough that everyone in the waiting area could hear. On top of that he continued to belittle this team member in front of his sales team, getting them to chuckle and laugh at this individuals expense. This is an HR nightmare and should be addressed immediately. I have referred multiple friends and family to your establishment, but will not going forward any longer. He is truly unprofessional and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Conversation about performance should be had behind closed doors, and any manager of worth should know this.
