This was my second Kia dealership I went to and the other dealer wanted to upcharge me 7k. This dealership was awesome got me the vehicle I wanted and still got the car I wanted actually got the top line vehicle, paying the same price as rt6 was offering for a lower end.

The salesman let me walk out the door.

The salesman let me walk out the door. That tells me the price they were quoting me was actually the lowest price. I came back 3 days later they honored the price that they had quoted me, and I have a new car exactly what I wanted. Even when they offered me the extended warranty, I knew how much it would cost and how much it would increase my payments and everything was accurate. No games. That's all we can ask for at a car dealership.

Originally went in to browse as my current KIA lease was coming to an end within a few months. Was promptly greeted by the staff. Tracy Johnson was the sales person I worked with and he was phenomenal! I never felt any pressure. He was easy going, patient, extremely helpful and very knowledgable! He went above and beyond to answer all my questions…and I had MANY! As mentioned, I went in to browse that day. Visited another dealership and seriously considered buying another make and model. However, a few days later I returned to KIA of Dartmouth to work with Tracy and team. Ended up leasing another Telluride and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be a repeat customer. My experience from beginning to end was seamless and fast! It was a pleasure to meet and work with Tracy! Well done KIA of Dartmouth!
