If I could give 100 stars, I would! My experience with the Kia of Dartmouth, Ma. Service Department has been nothing shy of superb, outstanding, first-rate, superior; I cannot say enough positive things! I had some significant issues with my 2020 Kia and I was met with compassion, integrity and professionalism that was so impressive; I knew I was in good hands. Many tests were run to determine what the issue was with my vehicle. I was kept informed every step of the way and remained involved with the process throughout the duration of my service experience. Dave Viveiros, the Service Manager, is the best of the best and I will happily be bringing my vehicle back to his service department for all my service needs in the future. Shout out to Judy who is also such a gem! What an amazing experience and I would gladly recommend the Kia of Dartmouth, Ma Service Department to anyone looking for a fair, friendly and overall satisfying experience. Thank you, Dave and your entire team!

bought via online. Jessica was helpful getting our communications to the manager and then general manager. we were able to purchase thru this method. Keith was our salesperson. Met with Melissa (I think that was her name) to finish the finance paperwork. other than waiting for the vehicle to be tanked....it was pretty much seamless to get OTD. we went here because the Kia dealer we first went to, searched for us and found this vehicle online but then tried to get us into another vehicle we were not interested in....so I walked and then hunted down this dealer and indeed the vehicle was on their lot as promised. no bait and switch!!!! only critique...I found the lot very crowded with vehicles and driving thru the lot to the building was not that easy and parking was not easy either...but all went well

I recently signed on my third lease with Kia of Dartmouth

I recently signed on my third lease with Kia of Dartmouth through agent, DAVID DE OLIVEIRA, who always provides great service and works within my schedule of wanting to be in and out, while providing the knowledge and information requested. I will continue to be a Kia of Dartmouth customer and I recommend asking for an appointment with David. I also thought my interaction with the Financial and Insurance Manager, Marissa Kara, was extremely pleasant and helpful with wonderful assistance ensuring the smooth transition with the new lease. Overall great experience again!

Do not buy from this dealership they have very shady

Do not buy from this dealership they have very shady practices. You will be told that you have free details on your vehicle for the life of the car on your anniversary month and then when you call to schedule that if you’re not doing your service they are you’re told oh no sorry we’re not going to uphold that because you don’t service your vehicle here when that was not a stipulation of the free vehicle details.

This dealership has shady business practices and should

This dealership has shady business practices and should be avoided. When I purchased my vehicle from them, I was told that came with free lifetime annual details on the anniversary of the month of purchase. When I called to schedule my free annual detail that came with the purchase of my vehicle, I was told they are no longer honoring that because my vehicle was not being serviced there and they had new owners and the service manager was not honoring the free annual details unless service was being performed there which was not part of the purchase. There was no stipulation when I purchased the vehicle that I had to have the vehicle service there in order to get my free annual detail. They change that well after I purchased my vehicle. Avoid this dealership

I purchased my first KIA in Dartmouth.

I purchased my first KIA in Dartmouth. Phil was Amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the differences between the models that I was interested in perfectly. He went over all of the features my new car has and I never felt rushed. He called me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Phil!!

I went in for a recall for a HEC battery kit with a

I went in for a recall for a HEC battery kit with a written letter from Kia. the HEC was installed and the service person told me before I got the keys, that my check engine light was on and for me to drive at least 100 miles and it would go off. She said if it doesn't bring the car back. She didn't say what it would cost, assuming they would fix the check engine light. So I called back after 120 miles and they told me that it must be another problem and not the HEC. They don't want to hear the problem and labor charge is $130. per hour. Really?

As previous reviewer said, a joke!

As previous reviewer said, a joke! I went there for ABS & TRACTION LIGHT GOING ON & OFF. First said both sensor & wiring needed to be replaced, $600. I said it shouldn't be more than $400, speed/abs sensor is fairly reasonable. Comes back and says mechanic says its just the wiring we have to order. That made sense as light wasn't on consistently. I paid $76 for wiring, go back a week later for install. Service coordinator comes & tells me wiring is fine, you need the sensor so price will be original $600. Ok if the wiring is fine why am I paying for that? By this time I'm exasperated. I tell him I already paid for the wiring just replace it. Don't do the sensor, I'll have my son do it. I watched the mechanic pull it back into the port, he spent an hour replacing the wiring. They charged me 2 hours labor. So I paid $335 and now my lights are staying on, no longer going off & on. Was there for 3 hours, partly due to var wash, keep your car wash! Terrible experience. I was actually talking to sales about trading my car 2016 with only 48k for new model. Low balled me on trade too! I've owned 2 KIA. Lost a customer, I'm done!
