Do not buy from this dealership they have very shady practices. You will be told that you have free details on your vehicle for the life of the car on your anniversary month and then when you call to schedule that if you’re not doing your service they are you’re told oh no sorry we’re not going to uphold that because you don’t service your vehicle here when that was not a stipulation of the free vehicle details.

I purchased my first KIA in Dartmouth.

I purchased my first KIA in Dartmouth. Phil was Amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the differences between the models that I was interested in perfectly. He went over all of the features my new car has and I never felt rushed. He called me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Phil!!

I went in for a recall for a HEC battery kit with a written letter from Kia. the HEC was installed and the service person told me before I got the keys, that my check engine light was on and for me to drive at least 100 miles and it would go off. She said if it doesn't bring the car back. She didn't say what it would cost, assuming they would fix the check engine light. So I called back after 120 miles and they told me that it must be another problem and not the HEC. They don't want to hear the problem and labor charge is $130. per hour. Really?

As previous reviewer said, a joke!

As previous reviewer said, a joke! I went there for ABS & TRACTION LIGHT GOING ON & OFF. First said both sensor & wiring needed to be replaced, $600. I said it shouldn't be more than $400, speed/abs sensor is fairly reasonable. Comes back and says mechanic says its just the wiring we have to order. That made sense as light wasn't on consistently. I paid $76 for wiring, go back a week later for install. Service coordinator comes & tells me wiring is fine, you need the sensor so price will be original $600. Ok if the wiring is fine why am I paying for that? By this time I'm exasperated. I tell him I already paid for the wiring just replace it. Don't do the sensor, I'll have my son do it. I watched the mechanic pull it back into the port, he spent an hour replacing the wiring. They charged me 2 hours labor. So I paid $335 and now my lights are staying on, no longer going off & on. Was there for 3 hours, partly due to var wash, keep your car wash! Terrible experience. I was actually talking to sales about trading my car 2016 with only 48k for new model. Low balled me on trade too! I've owned 2 KIA. Lost a customer, I'm done!

The service department is nothing short of an absolute

The service department is nothing short of an absolute joke. I dropped my car off there 02/29 and they "fixed" it within a week (did an oil change basically) told me the sensors that went off but had no problem after the oil change, after ignoring everything I told them about the car not starting until reaching operating speed. The woman admitted that they didn't drive it 20 miles to try to replicate the problem as it broke after running for a little. Needless to say it broke the same day they returned it to me. I sent it back to them and have not seen my car since. It's been two months. TWO MONTHS. The woman told me that she would follow up with me and did not. I was not provided a loaner until after a month of being carless. I am grateful for the loaner but I have had no updates since I picked the loaner up. That was a month ago. This woman do4s nothing but defer to the "Kia tech line" being why it is taking so long. I called Kia today and my suspicions were confirmed. They did NOTHING to my car since god knows when and the last message they received from the help line was on 03/28 and my case was CLOSED due to INACTIVITY. They were given instructions from the tech line and have let my car sit there for a MONTH, leaving me riding around in a LOANER for a month...clearly they don't care about the vehicles they give away. They do not care about what happens with their possessions or ANYONE ELSE'S. I am so defeated and so tired of the lies. Only good thing I can say is I have the loaner for now, but these people are a joke. Do NOT waste your time if you want a problem fixed. At this point I feel like I've been robbed of my vehicle. One that I'm unsure why I am still making payments on at this point. SWtay Away.

Kia of Dartmouth was definitely a great choice for my used purchase. Maxwell Pye, my salesman, was by far the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and honest! My vehicle was delivered as promised and in immaculate condition. Financing was a breeze! I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle both from this dealership and from Max.

KIA OF Dartmouth was Phenomenal from start to finish.

KIA OF Dartmouth was Phenomenal from start to finish. David my car salesman he was amazing he was honest and upfront about everything. No hidden fees no gimmicks. After going to 15 different dealerships (even traveled to New Jersey). I was able to enter Kia of Dartmouth and leave with a vehicle that I loved. I also went to their brother dealership beforehand however they could not assist me because I had a budget and knew what I wanted and they unfortunately didn't have a vehicle in my price range. But the process and my car salesman there was Phenomenal. Shout out to you Mannie, you are an amazing person. Thank you for all you did. On that note I highly recommend any of those Kia dealerships Swansea and Dartmouth. I'm happy to be a part of your Kia family!
