When I arrived at the Excellence Auto Direct location in Addision, TX I met with Kegan. Prior to getting their I had spoke about my car trade in issues, what they could offer for it and how they could assist me on its pay off even before we spoke about what car I was interested in. WOW!!! That's was a true sign that they were willing to work with me to help me get what I wanted. Everything went so smooth I thought I was getting ripped off but that was not the case. Every detail from the price of the car, to the taxes were explained to me. I ended up paying principle on the car which is right where I wanted to be. It overwhelmed me. All I can say is AWESOME guys. Kegan had everything ready for me and worked it out during my lunch break and followed through with everything we agreed to. I am very happy with my purchase. In addition the quality of car they sell are Top notch.
