Not an HONEST COMPANY!

I would recommend looking for a vehicle elsewhere. Went online and found a 2022 Nissan Frontier at this dealership for 27,891 took it out for the test drive and felt it would be a good fit for my company. Salesman named Austin who was a good person pulled up what the price was going to be and there was a 2500 Car Care package tacked on the price for a truck that had 2081 miles (BS fee) you had no option on this after talking with the owner he said he was they brought it down 700 dollars. After a bit of telling them I would not pay this, and they put one price online and bait and switch to another price. I really would not waste your time with this company Go shop elsewhere!! There is a lot more to this but not going into it

Scammer beware!

Scammer beware! Called ahead about vehicle. Drove 3 hrs to get there. To find out that they add 2,500 for a car package and 450 for dealer fee on top listed price. Price on all websites are not correct. Hidden fees. We were paying cash. Rude salesman and manager! Stay away!!!!

Dealer advertised fraudulent prices on Autotrader.

Dealer advertised fraudulent prices on Autotrader. Drove 7 hours round trip to this dealership, when I arrived they tried to add over $3,000 in non-negotiable dealer fees to the price of a $23,000 car. Manager said he isn't responsible for Autotrader listings. This dealership is a fraud!

Fraudulent Pricing

Dealership publishes fraudulent Autotrader prices to get you in the door, then add $3,000+ in non-negotiable dealer fees the car. Seeing an advertised price of $23,000 for a 2017 Mustang and being presented an offer of almost $29,000 was shocking. Plus, they were aware my son and I were driving 7 hours round trip to purchase the car and never notified us until we arrived despite taking to them two times on the day of our appointment. Manager stated he wasn't responsible for Autotrader pricing. This place is a joke, do yourself a favor and shop anywhere but here.

Price Is a Scam!! Thousands in extra fees added!!

BEWARE: The price of the car on cars.com is NOT accurate! They add a "Customer Care Package" to the price which you only see on their website or if you talk with them. And BTW, it's not an optional package. It's mandatory because it's how they recoup costs to fix up the vehicle. It's how they get by with a sea price that looks so low. So I flew in from out of town, test drove, and then they told me it was going to cost me an additional $2500 than I exp because of the "Customer Care Package." I'm telling you, it's typical used car salesman tactics at it's finest. I will NEVER go back to this place! Employees are nice, but I won't give their owners or their marketing dept a dime for this shady tactic!! Thankfully I found a vehicle I liked better for a better price from a different dealer later that day. Too bad for this company, but it worked out best for me. Otherwise, it would've been a wasted trip including plane ticket and hotel.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! All the 1 star reviews are accurate to our experience. Read the Google reviews and BBB complaints. They are not just buyers remorse, they are people who got totally screwed over by this dealer. So far, most of the 5 start reviews appear to be employees and friends of employees... FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! Malik thought he was slick trying to sneak in an extra $1,000 into my girlfriend's final paperwork. THEN, he downgraded the warranty after the deal was done. Also, he conveniently left out the page showing what tier warranty we actually purchased and still refuses to provide a copy of what we signed and agreed to. We found out the next day that it was downgraded when we tried to use it for a shoddy repair done by their in-house technicians. The warranty is just as much a scam as this dealer too. Malik didn't like me pointing out his math errors, and got very rude and disrespectful. He then got up and acted like he was going to fight me while trying to instigate a physical altercation. The general manager, Dylan, was very complacent and kept passing the buck to his lower level employees instead of getting involved in the situation. He seemed more interested in his phone than resolving potential fraud issues with his subordinates. Ultimately he just left it at he really can't do anything because "it's the owners call", and he's not very involved or responsible for the employees he manages. This dealer embodies every negative stereotype of the sleazy used car salesman and then some. Thankfully my years of experience in law have made me paranoid enough to record everything. 😉 *for others that are debating suit for fraud committed on them too, but are dissuaded by the numerous non-suit and arbitration agreements, remember that fraud or negligence can nullify all those agreements.

Use caution when dealing with this company

Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company. I thought I was dealing with a reputable group after reading their google reviews but my experience has been the furthest from excellent. Look at my profile and reviews and you will find I am the opposite of an unpleasable consumer and don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review until today. I purchased a van from them remotely but I looked at the photos and did not see any damage, I asked several times about its condition and was assured by the sales person Austin the $2k Car Care Package Covers the costs of ensuring the vehicles they sell are in excellent condition. I asked if there was any damage or nonworking items on the vehicle and was assured it was in top condition. Fast forward to the purchase. I used another company to finance the purchase and it took a little bit but all went through without issues. I flew one of my employees up to pick up the van and upon arrival, there is a dent in the rear of the vehicle and after getting on the road, he found the A/C doesn't work and the control panel is malfunctioning. I called to report this to the dealership and to work out some resolution to these issues but was immediately told by the sales person Austin and the manager Cameron, "Their hands are tied because I used another company to purchase and finance the van." At no point was I notified this would change the backing of the dealership. I own several companies and understand "stuff happens" which is why I always provide the opportunity to make it right and move forward. Excellence Auto Group has shown it is not a group of excellence but one of shady business practices. Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company.
