Five months ago I bought a truck from this dealership. The truck had not been inspected, so they required I bring it back for inspection. This led to a 2 month delay in the delivery of my license plates, and a 5 month delay in the delivery of my registration sticker (which I still have not received). All throughout this process, the dealership gave off the vibe that these things were my fault. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Company sold me a BS red shield $3K warranty plan that covers nothing. Buyers beware, the manager and shop manager said the extended warranty is garbage cause they deny majority of claims. When I asked Deslership to refund or exchange, they denied even after admitting the warranty is garbage and they stop doing business with them. The dealership the epitome of sleezy dirt bag used car sales folks.

Absolutely no response after multiple Attempts to get information about a vehicle. They must not be interested in customer service

The salesman Roy was excellent upfront and Honest. Please get your own financing. I had my own and they claimed to beat the rate. After asking to try only once they couldn't. The Finance manager ran my wife's credit two additional times without notifying her, resulting in extra inquires. When asked why he became rude and loud over the phone.
