Had a chance for the easiest truck sale they would ever

Had a chance for the easiest truck sale they would ever have. They decided to waste my time and show me a truck with nearly $5k of dealer add ons not reflected in the sticker price. Was ready to write a check, but they insisted on wasting my time. Entirely possible I start driving a Ford or Toyota after 30 years as a GM truck person.

Amber was amazing!

Amber was amazing!!! She was honest and it felt like I?ve known her for years. Lawrence was also amazing! These two couldn?t have been better and figured out a way to get us in the car of our dreams. We will be buying cars from here for years to come!

On September 20, 2024 purchased a new 2025 GMC

On September 20, 2024 purchased a new 2025 GMC 2500HD SLT from Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC in Franklin, Tennessee. I can honestly say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever incurred in the many years during which I have purchased over 35 vehicles at different dealers in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi and Virginia. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. My sales person Alexander Beason was great. He certainly met my expectations, answered my questions, and helped me understand the options and benefits of each. I have always been sort of a “motor head” and Alex is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the General Motors vehicles as well as other brand offerings. If you want someone who can provide you with the information you may require to make a purchase decision, no matter how technical, Alex is the person you need to engage. I would also recommend that you take the time to meet their General Manager, Lawrence Martin. He instills a sense of confidence that you are dealing with a top notch agency. If you don’t find something that meets your specifications in their current inventory, they have the connections to get it for you. I greatly appreciate his dedication and gregarious nature. Between Lawrence and Alex, they will introduce you to other key staff members, all customer focused and helpful. Lastly, I found the facilities to be state of the art, extremely clean and the entire business environment to be very comfortable. I plan to return to Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC for my next vehicle. I recommend that that if you are considering a vehicle, used or new, that you do the same. Paul Nashville, Tennessee

My husband and I both felt this was a pleasant experience with attention to detail and full explanations of the entire process. All of the staff was very professional and friendly, and Miriam Hernandez, our saleswoman, was outstanding!
