Above and Beyond!

Buying a car at VW of Puyallup

Excellent service, friendly, helpful and totally devoid of the pushy behavior so common in many other car agencies. This was a memorable event in a very god way; Robert Duitch is a very accomplished sale's person. Shawn who did the paperwork with us, managed to make it look easy to spend money on a new car. My previous vehicle was a Ford Ranger which I drove for 16 years. So, moving to a Beetle was a major change!

Made the situation right when things went wrong

We originally purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealer. The buying experience was pretty good - not too much haggling and the employees we worked with were pretty nice. The car turned out to have quite a few serious problems that had not been disclosed by the previous owner. Although we were somewhat disappointed by the process of getting this car off our hands, VW of Puyallup ultimately did the right thing and took the car back, allowing us to apply the money we had spend on it to a different car. We wound up going with a new car - and the experience was smooth and they took care of us.

Service dept.

Took our in for a recall (break clip). When we called it was just a few days an we had a appointment. Clip was fixed car washed and they let me know it was ready. Did not take long at all. This service dept. is great efficient and very friendly. They also made a follow up call to be sure everything was ok. Thank you VW of Puyallup.

Fantastic Service

I had an awesome buying experience at Volkswagen-Puyallup. Randy was my car salesman, and he did not pressure me to getting something I did not want. He also respect my request of payment, which he made happen. I told him I was looking at a 2013 jetta volkswagen, at different car lot that was in my price range. In my surprise, Randy found me a 2014 Jetta with less miles and in my price range. Once I test drive the vehicle he made the next step, so much easier. I was not in the dealership building for long hours of the day The Finance Officer was also helpful. This was by the far the best first car experience I ever had.

Excellent Customer Service!

I came in for an oil change and thinking I might trade my car if I got a good deal. The dealership worked exceptionally hard to make a deal work for me and I was in a new car in 24 hours. I cannot rave enough from the service on my car; to how Romy, my dealer, treated me well; to how a car was located quickly in the color I wanted. I cannot rave enough about how well I was treated!

Patience and Professionalism

Both were on display! Randy, our salesman, took great care of us. My wife and I can be choosy and difficult customer on a good day but Randy was there each and every time we would come in. He stayed in touch and kept us in the loop, eventually guiding us to our new TDI. We could not be happier!! At each step Randy let us know what to expect and kept us well informed. I highly recommend Harnish auto group and will purchase here again!

Variety, fair prices,respectful sales consultants

My salesman, Tyler Jones was amazing. This was my first time purchasing a newer car from a dealership. I didn't really know what type of vehicle I wanted. Finance Manager, Ben Hirshal referred me to sales and lease consultant Tyler Jones. I contacted Tyler via text and email. In less than 24 hours Tyler sent me a detailed email with a list of potential vehicles within in budget. He also text me to notify me that a vehicle within my criteria had just been traded in. When I arrived at Harnish Tyler showed me the trade in and many other cars I might like. I found the car I wanted that day, but wasn't 100% at the time. Tyler was not pushy and very respectful of my decision to leave that day. I ended up calling him the next afternoon with my decision. By the end of the 2nd day I purchased a great car for a fair price. Tyler is very personable, respectful, not pushy, supportive, and professional. I highly recommend Tyler and every other Harnish employee I came in contact with during my purchase. The finance manager was also really friendly, professional, and clear about the paperwork. Being able to buy a 2013 certified used Volkswagen with a 2-year warranty is a great feeling. Free oil changes for 1 year, 1 car wash, and road-side assistance are added bonuses!

Outstanding Service at VW of Puyallup

Just picked up my 2016 Golf from service after installing an accessory. The staff is outstanding! Jared, my service advisor was on top of it all. David the service manager was great to deal with. I have had a number of great experiences with the service staff and would recommend them to any one. I will definitely be back!

Outstanding Experience

I love Volkswagen of Puyallup! We have had our 2004 Jetta Wagon serviced and repaired by them and the work has been outstanding. The quality of the service personnel has really impressed us. I will keep recommending them to all my friends. We purchased our newest VW last week - a VW Golf SE via Romy our salesperson. I can's say enough good things about him. He wasn't pushy, listened to our needs and made the sale happen! We love the Golf and the people who made the purchase a reality!
