it was so easy and nice to see a lot of staff willing to help or just let us walk on our own i bought a 2015 forester i had seen on their home page david hayes was helpful and will to listen and answer all my questions my first subaru very happy thanks again his many years of experience was helpful

Love my new car! Love Ryan the dealer!

We saw a couple of cars online but Ryan made it clear that THIS Nissan Altima is what I needed. There was no weird "pressure" like I had encountered in some other dealerships and Ryan was more like a friend or a family member that had our best interest at heart. The manager was very personable as was the woman who put all of our papers together....she even gave us taffy from her last vacation...nice touch? If you want to buy a car where they "genuinely" care about what you want...go see Ryan, his manager and the finance manager and you will be satisfied. I highly recommend VW of Puyallup!

excellent experience

The whole staff was extremely helpful and I knew I came away with a great deal on a great car. Dave in sales was very knowledgeable on all the ins and outs of the vehicles and helped me pick out the one I wanted. Mike was a great manager who made me feel like I was in great hands.

A great afternoon...

I had been looking for a BLUE Jetta TDI and was having a difficult time with being sent info on dealerships that would try to accept something that I did not want. When I found one at a dealer up North, I was very happy. The guys were friendly enough, but were putting me through the stereo typical "car buying" shuffle... I left with no deal and wanting... My friend found another car and told me to take a look. That car was at Volkswagen of Puyallup. I made the appointment and prepared myself for the same experience as up North -- it did not happen. David Hayes was awesome!! Calm, cool and confident -- he never doubted that I was going to get what I wanted. I was there for 2 hours talking about my favorite subjects - coaching baseball and growing up in North Idaho. The Harnish Auto Family is where to go!!!

Easy and Enjoyable Car Shopping

I went into Volkswagen of Puyallup with an idea of what I wanted, but had no specific vehicle in mind. I was greeted by a very relaxed and informative salesman named Dave that answered every question I had to help steer me towards the right car. Not having a great budget for a car I was worried the vehicles available might be to high end but they were more than willing to compromise to my budget and I ended leaving with a far better car than I had expected to get and at an amazing price. Volkswagen of Puyallup was the best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a car.

Horrible Experience

My husband and I were trading in our car and purchasing a new one. After the sales person greeting both my husband and myself, I became "invisible". The sales person spoke directly to my husband and did NOT include me in the process. All information about the new car, purchase price or our trade in price, etc. was directed only to my husband. After a prices for both cars were agreed upon, we went to sign the papers. To our surprise the paperwork for the new car was ONLY in my husband's name. It was insulting and rude. Our trade in was in BOTH names. We were NEVER asked how we wanted to paperwork filled out. The dealership assumed just my husband's name. I was extremely disappointed on how I was treated.

Not A Great Experience

My husband and I were trading in our car and purchasing a new one. After the sales person greeting both my husband and myself, I became "invisible". Excellent, honest service.

My car was delayed due to circumstances beyond the dealership's control. Ed and Chuck provided timely updates and went the distance to make it up to me - even though it wasn't their fault. I'm completely satisfied with all phases my buying experience. I've purchased 3 VW from 3 different dealers in the region, VW of Puyallup's approach is modest and personable, and comes without the attitude of other VW dealerships in the region.

it was a great experience at VW of Puyallup

Went into VW of Puyallup thinking I wasn't going to get into a car, then I met David Hayes he talked me through everything and got me into a bigger car would recommend David Hayes to anyone.
