Bob Houck is a friendly and very knowledgeable sales consultant who did an excellent job in finding the new Traverse with the options and exterior and interior colors we wanted at a good price.

Sean Bynaker is not friendly and has a bad attitude with customers that will hurt the Thurmont dealerships sales and service area. He may be good managing parts but he needs some lessons in dealing with customers.

Sean Bynaker has always been friendly and very helpful when I needed help with my car. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding the parts I needed for my car and got me those parts in a timely fashion.

Very professional establishment. I've never been loyal to a shop before but a friend referred me to the shop when I felt a few places were taking advantage of me. They explained all the issue's of my high mileage car and thoroughly gave details on which issue's needed attention first. Unlike other places, this place also checked for recalls on my Pontiac G6 and fixed two minor things. The staff definitely wanted to ensure my experience was pleasant and their service was valuable. I'll definitely bring my car back for any work that needs to be done.

Wonderfuil service, friendly, and informed. Not the biggest dealer around but defiitely dedicated to get you what you need. I had a great experiece and will visit Criswell again when I need another car. Larry was great.
