Bob Smith MINI

I just bought a 2015 Countyman from Bob Smith because my wife bought her BMW from Bob Smith up the street and I really was interested in the Mini Cooper, but I waited until I was in a car accident and then I no choice to get my Mini!! If you go there ask for Robert aka "Rock Star" he was the best! He explained everything about them, the car, had me test drive a couple different ones and most of all got my payments to where I wanted them! The whole staff was great on getting me in and out and "Rock Star" even followed me home so I could get my rental car back. Can't wait till I have to buy my next car with them!

First time MINI owner and first experience of going to a MINI dealership. Was expecting a big dealer attitude, but Josh our service adviser could not have been more polite and helpful. He did a good job listening and explaining and took great care of us from start to finish. Overall, an excellent customer service experience that I would recommend to others.

Highly recommend this place. The facilities are beautiful and siting area is very comfortable, although I've never had to wait. They even have a shop area with lots of cute mini paraphernalia.

I went in wanting to trade in the Ram truck I had on a Certified PreOwned MINI model they had in stock. The salesman was Great, he was attentive to detail, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, was very patient with me as I pondered my options, and was extremely helpful through out the whole buying experience. The finance guys were Great too, they helped me get the most for my trade in and got me financed for the Mini model I test drove in the target loan payment range I was looking for. The dealership was clean and very presentable, the people were warm and friendly, and the whole experience was a very pleasant one.

First class service! Purchased my car from another dealer and Bob Smith proved outstanding in customer service. My car had to be towed and I arrived upset and as a "first time" customer. Mini Roadside Assistance called ahead and arranged to have a car waiting for me. Sue was my Service Advisor and she was the best! In minutes I was ready to go. Sue followed up with a phone call to check on the loan car. What seemed like a bad day ended okay, thanks to Sue and her professionalism. Bob Smith is my new choice for any service needs.

I left a comment the other but forgot to add one more person to my list. In my experience the final person you deal with is the most dreaded. To finalize our sale we needed tosign all the financial papers. We had the pleasure of working With Dan, who was very pleasant and low keyed. He made this process very easy. In all, this is the place to go.

This was one of the most positive experience we have had buying a car,which covers over 50 years. Robert Rockstar lived up to his name ,my wife and I never felt pressured, Rockstar spents hours with us, my wife drove five cars and he was a no pressure salesman believe it or not.He was helpful and answered questions we did not even know we had. I worked with Garrett to find a new lease. He did a thorough weekly search for me and kept me posted when interesting options came in. He was able to find me a great car and work with my crazy schedule. We did the whole deal over the phone so I was able to spend a minimal amount of time actually at the dealership doing the paperwork. He was always upbeat, very easy to work with, and made my whole experience fun. Julia in Financing was amazing as well and made everything really clear and easy. This dealership also offers some really great Lease Coverage options that other Mini dealerships don't. For a very low monthly fee, they will repair any dings, scrapes, dents, etc as soon as they occur. This way your car can stay looking perfectly new throughout the duration of your lease. Great service overall.
