My experience with Bob Smith Mini was superior. From start to finish, customer service was THE BEST. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is my 2nd pre-owned purchase from Bob Smith mini and both had mild snags BUT the reason I give them a full 5 star rating is I didnt feel rushed or pushed into something I didnt like and they went out of there way to make the customer happy. 1st car we had a misunderstanding about "bluetooth" in the car and the new salesperson (who was extremely nice and honest) wasnt clear on the fact that the car didnt have the ability for phone connection. I didnt find that out until I was driving off the lot so I have to take some responsibility in that error, that said I went to the sales manager and without a hitch he tried to find a fix for me. They ended up paying for a 3rd party installation of a high dollar bluetooth system at no cost to me. That kind of service made me return to buy another car from them. Service dept. is great, communication with Bob Smith Mini is great. 2nd car was rushed through the system but didnt get the certified pre-owned checklist finished so I had to wait 1 extra day to get the car. Not a big deal at all and they where very honest about the whole thing. And of course free floor mats (lol)

This was by far the easiest experience I ever had buying/leasing a car. George made it so easy. Still can't believe it. As a bonus, I love my Mini

The entire experience was pleasurable from Sales to Finance. I truly felt like a valued customer and I love my new Mini. Great inventory, which made finding the perfect one so easy. Well worth the 2 hour drive!

I am glad that we met the great salesmen "Kofi" and "JC", their service is professional and thoughtful. Even though "Kofi" is new there, he's really knowledgeable and humorous which made the whole experience fast and fun. Will definitely recommend.

Our salesman was helpful and fun and kind. Garrett got to the lowest price he could offer (extremely competitive--blue book value) almost immediately without making us haggle. We had fun on our test drives (multiple). The finance department took WAY too long though, but it had been a busy day...

I've been a Bob Smith Mini Calabasas customer for a number of years and I've enjoyed every experience I've had with them... Scotty in sales, takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable with the car you're selecting. Walks you through the sales/finance process like a friend, no sales pressure, just a legitimate interest in making sure you are comfortable with the deal. Their service team (Sue, Josh & Christina) are friendly, engaging, professional, courteous and non-sales oriented. Their goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and your needs are met. I love how they send you a service appointment after you've scheduled your appointment by phone, explain the service that's needed, ask you if there are any issues with your vehicle that they can address, explain all your options & offer you a loaner car each and every time. If you decide to wait for your car, their waiting area is super clean & comfortable. They have a quiet area set up for those who want to work while they wait (with wifi that's easy to access). Plus they have a nice coffee machine that offers a fresh selection of beverage options. Love this place and the people who work there..!!

I went in to fix my mini ended up trading it in for a new 2014 Mini Cooper. And I have to say I have never had such a great experience at any other dealership I've been to like this one. The dealership itself is absolutely stunning and super clean, and as for the staff at the Calabasas location they were amazing. Not like other dealerships where they are super pushy and come off aggressive when it comes to sales. I had a great buying experience thanks to Sue who was such a sweet heart and super helpful and Garrett Malone who was also very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a mini to come to the new Calabasas location. You won't be disappointed in your experience. Overall I would have to say all of the staff there is amazing and it honestly can't get any better than this place.
