Best car buying experience EVER!

Best car buying experience EVER! Al Conkleton made it feel easy, fast and actually fun! Al was the most cheerful and positive person -- he went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and taken care of through the whole car buying process. The inventory on the lot was very well maintained, you will find new and used vehicles all in superior condition. Everyone we met with from sales, management, service and finance were all extremely eager to help make this the best (and fastest!) it could be. All in all, it was the customer service experience you would hope to get from a luxury car dealership, but I left still feeling like I got a great deal on my vehicle and that I didn't have to spend more to be part of their club.

Crest provided a great experience for every step of my

Crest provided a great experience for every step of my car service. The service department answered my call quickly and professionally to schedule an appointment. They were flexible with timing. Robert greeted me when I brought my car in and explained everything in detail. The service was completed timely and I was checked out with very polite staff.

I don't know who Braeden is.

I don't know who Braeden is. I don't appreciate having to wait 3 hours to sign 5 documents, because I had my own loan. Whomever the guy was that made me wait yo sign documents was incredibly rude. Im concerned about the quality of the "certified pre-owned" status being that you sold me a car with a faulty air bag. I don't even get to drive my new car because you're already having to work on it for a week. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!! GASSETT WAS WONDERFUL!!! I would recommend him, but DEFINITELY NOT CREST!

Crest infiniti customer agents were very professional,

Crest infiniti customer agents were very professional, polite and diligent. They came twice to let me know where in the timeframe the mechanics services is. If they see a little issue with the car, they sent a text to you and suggest repair with price. The waiting room is very clean. Coffee, tea and water is available to everyone and a little restaurant is open for customer to enjoy their waiting time.
