I had an amazing experience working with David Whyte when

I had an amazing experience working with David Whyte when I purchased my 2016 Infiniti Q70. From start to finish, David made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I first inquired about the vehicle online, and David reached out to me shortly after with a friendly and professional tone. He didn’t waste any time — he helped me schedule a time to come in and see the car the very next day. When I arrived at the dealership, David was already waiting to greet me with a smile. Right away, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. He wasn’t pushy or rushed like some salespeople can be — he was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. David also went above and beyond to make sure everything with the car was absolutely perfect before I left the lot. He took the time to walk me through the features, double-check the details, and even made sure it was spotless and ready to drive off. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who will treat you like more than just another sale, I highly recommend working with David Whyte. He truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and my experience — 10/10 all the way!

I have worked with Tony on many occasions in sales and now in service. He is always willing to help and go the extra mile. The work done by the mechanics/techs has been excellent. I feel like they care about the car they are working on.

Well this is my ... I think fifth Infiniti. I always use Crest. I could use any Infiniti dealership but Crest is my favorite. Kind, courteous and always very helpful.

The people we dealt with were awesome, the one negative I have is the time it took to get to financing, it took an hour to get in that department.

al.conkleton was great! Excellent customer service. I came in about 1 month and wasn’t ready to buy and saved his information and when I was ready a month later I came to look for him and was so excited to buy my QX80.
