Proceed with Caution
We were looking for a car for a new driver and should have known to walk out as soon as the focus of the salesman was ripping on every other dealer or car we mentioned. We overlooked all of that because of the ‘deal’ we were getting...price, extra oil changes, extended warranty,etc. Instead we got extra service fees, no mention of our free oils changes, no warranty information, they made up an email address for us, one key, no owners manual. We returned the car in less than 24 hours and 4 days later they tried to cash our check even though they had the car back. NEVER AGAIN!!

Mehhhh
Unfortunately, I had about 24 hours to buy a vehicle. I had one vehicle to look at RD, did the test drive, started on trade in value, etc. Signed off with approved financing with bank, got the keys...less than 3/4 full in the gas tank, no owners manual. A/C-heat blower makes a clicking noise for 10 seconds every time you start the car, passenger door power window in door falls out of molding, RD recommended to get new tires at first oil change, recommended to change cabin air filter from oil change 2 to oil change 3 (9 weeks apart). I will not be taking my vehicle there for any service or repair - they have not earned my trust.

2016 Nissan Rogue
Nice selection of vehicles reasonably priced friendly salesman. Only complaint so far was told the vehicle would be detailed when I picked it up, it was cleanish but not “detailed “ Mark Huth and Heather Pershing are excellent to work with

I waited 1 hr 30 mins for oil change and a couple that came in after me waited 30 mins. Seemed as if they didnt understand why i was ready to go.

never again
I went with my sister to help her buy a different truck, and let me say, unfortunately Russ Darrow Direct was the only place that had exactly what we were looking for. Since other sales people were busy we got stuck with Mark. That’s when the worst car buying experience of my life started, and I wasn’t even the one purchasing. I’m glad I went with my sister, I felt like she was getting the run around from Mark the entire time, he started with telling her that they might not be able to take her trade in, he didn’t know much about the truck, and he acted as if my sister and I knew nothing about vehicles. When it came time to talk numbers he spent over an hour not giving us an answer. Once he finally gave us a trade in price the numbers on the paper were different than what he was telling us, so once again we had to spend more time waiting for the numbers to be correct. Anyway, outside financing was approved and my sister goes to pick up the truck the next day, and they forgot to collect her down payment, how does their financing guy forget to collect thousands of dollars???? So my sister was forced to go back the next day to give them that, she lives 45 minutes away. After she arrives there she is greeted by Mark, oh joy, and he asks what is wrong with her tail pipe. She had the truck less than 24 hours and the tail pipe had fallen down, and was about to fall off. They couldn’t fix it that day, so my sister once again had to come back after the weekend. She had a limited amount of time on that day and they didn’t even have the parts ordered to get it fixed. They were late getting it fixed, the only saving grace is that the tech was very friendly. After it was fixed Mark shows up again to ask “are you happy now?” in a very condescending tone as if my sister had no right to be upset that a 30k truck broke less than 24 hours after having it. Needless to say we will not being going back, nor would I recommend going there to anyone else.

Crappy Dealership
Crappy dealer. I let the dealer know I was coming to test drive a vehicle and I showed up and they brought a different color vehicle of the same type. When I questioned where the one I was coming for was they informed me it was sold. They didn't have the respect to inform me that it was sold.
