Great service

Came in for an oil change I was in and out of there in 43 minutes the only thing I wanted to do was say thank you to the service manager Cassidy, but I was told he was at their Green Bay location, maybe next time I'll be able to catch him here at the Appleton facility. Always great service.

Pleasant to work with

Great Service

Very friendly people who walk you through the service your car needs. Welcoming lounge to wait for vehicle. Work was done quickly. Love that car is washed after service.

Circus show

Absolute dishonesty, trickery, and waste of time. Do not consider using this dealer. Bad reviews on BBB as well. We were baited and switched. Could not deal with any one salesperson and were treated very disrespectfully.

Buyer

Great and friendly staff! Quality of vehicles and knowledge were a huge plus. Mark Huth was extremely helpful when I came in looking for a newer used vehicle, and helped me find the right one for me. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Direct to anybody.

Typical

Was referred to Russ Darrow Direct by another car salesman. The person he referred us to was not available at the time. John did a great job showing us cars that were what we were looking for and then even got us interested in some that we didn't come for. We were very happy to find out that they would take 2 vehicles in trade and we were very up front about the one with a salvaged title. When we came back on Monday they wouldn't take the 2nd vehicle and stated we should sell it ourselves. John even offered to put it in his yard. My husband and I are very busy and didn't want the hassle of selling a car. We knew we weren't going to get much for it on a trade. Had we known we weren't going to be able to trade it in we wouldn't have taken the time to drive 2 vehicles down. We were given trade information on the other vehicle and it dropped drastically when we brought it in for the actual trade. I had to walk away from the situation for a while because I wasn't sure if I was going to cry or scream, neither being appropriate. Finally came to an agreement I could live with. To me trading in a vehicle shouldn't be this hard. I am not sure what the standard is now, but we left there with our new used car with about a quarter tank of gas. When we test drive it 2 days earlier and put money down there was only 35 miles till empty left in the gas tank. So they probably put in $5 worth of gasoline. We gave them our trade with over 3/4 of a tank of gas. So I consider this a good and bad experience. Will I come back? Really don't know.
