Always get our car washes here and other services without a problem, but today we went in and they ate our bag of jerky that was tucked in on the passenger's side. We know because there was pieces of it all over the shift gear and on the driver seat. My husband is a neat freak when it comes to his car even I can't eat in it without him knowing. That's disgusting and very unprofessional. Will definitely say something the next time we need service.

I researched the vehicle I was looking for for a week. I found a good candidate at Russ Darrow Direct. I thought the price was close to where I was comfortable in making a deal. Then the sales person goes on about the live market pricing, the computers checking numerous dealers and this is the price of the car. I made an offer which I felt was reasonable and was quickly shot down, even though it was only $850 away. No counteroffer, no nothing. Just a call back wondering if I had any more questions about the vehicle. Just one question, How long before you sell it for less than what I was offering? Will likely not return to this dealer and would probably not let a friend shop here either.
