They really helped me get a fantastic deal. I felt very contented walking out of the dealership. great sales agent was really perfect about giving an answer to inquiries and showing us options Once again the Russ Darrow team delivered a great deal for an excellent car!

extremely professional

They were very accommodating and answered all questions. The sales staff at russ darrow are very personable Can't say enough awesome about the team here they were extremely professional, honest, and gratifying to work with my partner personally was really content

best new car buying experience

We came into the Russ Darrow dealership looking to get our son a car. We researched what car and options we wanted ahead of time. I would go back to this Dealership again in the future. This was a fast and one of the best new car buying experience ever.

cares about their customers.

We came in today because my wife needed to trade her car in for something new. I would highly recommend the Russ Darrow Group to a friend. The entire people assisted us get the right price and financing. It's nice to know there is a dealership out there who cares about their customers.

couldn't be happier with our experience

wonderful Shopping experience

I had a wonderful Shopping experience at Russ Darrow Our salesperson was very knowledgeable in explaining each of the vehicle's. Based on what my wife and I told them we were browsing for they found the terrific vehicle for us. You now have a repeat customer for all my car or truck service needs.

Poor service, good car

I had looked around for a used Toyota sedan that was proving tough to find in this area. Russ Darrow had the car I was looking for. That's where the good news stopped. I had to wait 4 hours for financing, when I was able to eventually drive the car off the lot I noticed the gas light was on. Not only that, but when I had attempted to contact me salesperson they were no where to be found. Non responsive to my emails or phone messages. I stopped back into the dealer to get answers to my questions only to find an empty office and an inattentive person in the office who gave little attention to my outstanding concerns. I had purchased a low end maintenance package which included free oil changes. This was to be given by way of a coupon book that was supposed to be mailed to me. I have yet to receive the coupon book. I asked about the coupon book when I stopped back in the office and the finance woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for me to get it. I'm on week 7 with no book yet. I will not be recommending them to other folks and have been able to successfully turn away 5 sales from the dealer since my encounter. Maybe it's just my luck, but after several attempts on my side to get these issues addressed I've had no success with my concerns being heard. But, the car is good and I am enjoying my purchase. I just wish the service matched the car. No go on a return trip for me on my next vehicle.
