My wife and I are returning customers to Russ Darrow
My wife and I are returning customers to Russ Darrow Direct in Neenah, Wi. Bill, the manager, to Dalton, our Finance Specialist, and Joe(Product Specialist), we couldn't be happier! They pull out all the stops to make xxxx sure that you are 200% comfortable during the process, and completely satisfied on your way out the door with your new purchase of the cleanest vehicle you could find! I personally would follow Dalton, Bill and Joe anywhere! The most trustworthy Dealership that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Russ Darrow Direct for everything!

Purchase a pathfinder’ and they sold extended warranty
Purchase a pathfinder’ and they sold extended warranty doesn’t cover anything The warranty understanding that it doesn’t cover normal wear items but other items that aren’t normal are also not covered. The prices of service are higher than normal and customer service is poor

Really did not like the salesman I had.
Really did not like the salesman I had. He kept lying to me about things regarding the vehicle I purchased, as well as financing. I already had my own financing, and he kept trying to trick me into going through the dealership instead, despite me telling him that I didn't need it. Multiple other things. I wouldn't go back or recommend. Even my loan officer was surprised at the treatment, as she said there's not normally issues with this particular dealership.

DISGUSTING customer service.
DISGUSTING customer service. Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern with the car was the transmission issues that have been common with this line of cars. The salesman assured me that this wasn’t the case with the 2017 model anymore as Nissan had fixed the issue they were having and this run of cars no longer had the same problems of the 2016. Two days after owning the car, I could feel something wrong with the transmission. I thought I was paranoid as the transmission of the previous car that I owned had given out while on the highway, so I kept driving it. A couple weeks later, I was still experiencing these issues. I even felt the car lose power going up a hill and so this spurred me to take the car in to get looked at. The Russ Darrow service garage found a transmission code but felt that it wasn’t a big deal and sent me on my way. I went to a Nissan dealer to get a second opinion and there they found a transmission code, as well, and recommended that I get the entire transmission replaced. Now of course, I was slightly over Russ Darrow’s 1000-mile warranty and so they offered me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP with my car and told me to look elsewhere. Three weeks of owning this car and I’ve lost thousands of dollars on something that was almost certainly a problem with the car when they sold it to me. Thank you for the headache. I will take my business elsewhere.

Nathan, sorry to see you feel this way about your car, however...Let's tell the rest of the story, you drove the car for 2700+ miles and during that time managed to completely, somehow wear EVERY bit of tread off both front tires, down to the point the cords are visible and sticking out, they look like racing slicks. That is anything but normal wear and tear and certainly is a sign of abuse ,neglect or who knows what. Let's also remember we offered to help you out by getting you in touch with our Nissan dealership to try to get Nissan to help with your situation, but first thing they would ask is what in the world happened to your car and it's tires? Clearly your situation is of no fault of the dealership, and most likely not Nissan's either.

Purchased a 2007 chevy suburban 2 months later lifter 6 failure engine needs a rebuild. Russ darrow really likes to keep saying oh 30 day warranty not our problem anymore. Asked what work was done while they had it, she mentioned coil on 6...hmm tells me they knew something was wrong with 6. Don't trust these crooks.

Ryan, sorry to read about the Suburban that you purchased Three months ago is having issues. Sometimes with older cars, like your 17 year old 175,000 plus mile Suburban they can have problems. In reference to your mechanical failure with #6 cylinder, we actually never touched #6, it was the #1 cylinder, and that was a coil, that we replaced.. which is electrical, not mechanical in nature, which is the problem you are experiencing with your Suburban and cylinder #6, just to set the record straight. No one here is a crook at all. we are a very reputable 50+ year old car dealership...I understand your not thrilled with having to take car of your Suburban, but remember when you buy something, it is yours to take care of and maintain.
