Beware..do your research

Would not match payoff of trade in however they listed vehicle for sale $6500 more than offered. Said they had NO room to negotiate. I'm all for people making money but don't like the shady tactics.

I feel the dealership did their best in providing the best deal on my new vehicle and was extremely fair regarding the trade in value of my old one. It was a pleasure to work with the salesman Scott Stanfield. He made sure the process went as smoothly as possible for me and was very accommodating to my requests.

Horrible thing they did!!!!

purchased this vehicle for my mother n law….. we specifically stated that it was to get her to her CHEMO treatments, we were told the car was in excellent shape but probably needed a tune up, I requested that the vehicle be serviced their before we picked it up. We didn’t want one issue because it was for her CHEMO…, just wanted to make that clear, instead we get Kathy blowing up our phone saying you need to put $500 down to hold it,,, it’s gonna go fast, my wife told her about her mother and the DESPERATE need of a safe and reliable vehicle…. It was listed with 19 codes and a bad transmission, Unreal… the codes would have been verified on there side, they said the service engine light was on because it was not reset after the oil changed…Like our mechanics said, there is no way they didn’t know about the 19 codes and the tranny problem……. So very specific to the need of this vehicle and just absolutely lied to. It’s sickening guys…… that’s exactly the reason you all didn’t want to work on the car before selling it. Deceptive practices, you all should seriously be ashamed of yourselves,…. I hope that you all treat others better..,.. CHEMO treatments we never freaking lied to you all to be so blatantly lied to…. I’m absolutely serious about reaching out to the State Attorneys office, I have every text, email, video email ..,. We were so clear…. My parent in laws needed a reliable, Safe vehicle for her CHEMO….. You all did us so very wrong, I believe everyone should be very aware, you don’t care about our family…. You care only about sales, Car hasn’t been driven since the very day we brought it home 2 weeks ago. Sickening, absolutely no excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can guarantee this post review will not stay up, but if one family can avoid what we are going through.. so be it.
