Disappointed

Best salesman ( Roger ), but the used vehicle we bought for my parents is loaded with problems. We paid cash for the car and are now sinking an additional $1100 on it. The advertisement the showed the pic and options on the car were incorrect, listing things that were accurate. Did not make it 25 miles and the vehicle would not make it up a hill, we notified them within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, only Roger called to express concern?. Certainly not the lady who called and text several times saying you need to put $500 down now it?s gonna go fast, ( it neither went fast or make it up a hill ).. so 5 stars to Roger only, extremely unsatisfactory experience

After visiting four dealerships, Short-Redmond was the only one to suggest ordering my Mustang. All the other dealerships just blew me off when I told them I was looking for a new Mustang. The staff was professional, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, and the kept me constantly updated about the status of my order. They even fought to get me in the vehicle even though the banks weren't wanting to finance at first. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The overall buying process was okay.

The overall buying process was okay. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the failure to listen. I clearly stated I didn’t want my picture posted on social media on more than one occasion. They posted the pictures anyway even after me clearly stating I didn’t want them to do so. My car also needed brake work done when I purchased the car. They did take it in and they turned the rotors but said the pads were okay. The pads definitely aren’t okay on the car. The car I was looking at before I found mine had been wrecked. They told me the car hadn’t been in any accidents. Luckily, I know what to look for. The car had been repainted on the trunk. After I pointed it out, they changed their story. I’ve been to other car lots and got much better service. The only reason I bought from Short Redmond is because they had the exact car I wanted. If you aren’t looking for any certain type of car, I’d probably recommend going somewhere else. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The only good thing that came out of it was the car.
