I highly recommend Short Redmond Ford. Great buying experience. I’ve bought several trucks from Short Redmond Ford. Always been a great experience. Great group of people. If you’re looking for a vehicle. Give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

The dealership messed up sending the documentation...

The dealership messed up sending the documentation necessary for me to get a plate incorrectly three times. After getting nasty with me, they realized their mistake and finally got the job done only two months late. I had test drove the car and looked up the carfax. No issues. However, the car had been in an accident. The sensor for the airbag had been damaged but jimmied so that it wouldn't go off. After a couple of months, the sensors started going off. The dealership couldn't have sold a car with airbag issues, so they made sure the sensor was "fixed". Buyer beware!

Victoria, I'm interested in knowing what you can do for a customer who lives a long distance from your dealership. The cost for the sensors ran about $600. Randy

I loved the hospital and the service while other places where telling me a week wait ,just for an oil change Short Redmond ford got me in on the same day and got me done ..I would love going back there again...Thank you guys.

Toyota Tacoma

I had bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Tim Redmond Short the very next morning the truck wouldn't start I called them several times and no one would call me back. Finally once they answered me they told me to bring the truck back and they would look it at but once I got there they wanted $150.00 dollars 1st. I wouldn't agree to pay and they told me to take the truck to a Toyota dealer that it would be under warranty. Long story short they had bought after market keys for the truck so the key chip was not communicating with the truck all the time. it was $700.00 dollars for 2 new keys from Toyota and I feel confident the dealership knew this and that's why they wouldn't help out. I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and I found it through Autotrader at this dealership. The car is as expected and the deal was clear and smooth. One comment, the car was rather dirty inside, but that is more for the previous owner to blame.
