Andrew at Crain Kia was great.

Andrew at Crain Kia was great. We showed up right before they closed and explained our needs. He put us on the Kia Carnival and we told him we would let him know the next day. We decided to go with it because we felt that Andrew did a great job explaining the features as well as answering our questions. This dealer experience ranks up there with one of our best experiences. Thanks Andy!

All the Service Department personnel were polite and

All the Service Department personnel were polite and willing to accomodate my concerns. Johnny Henson coordinated the effort to determine the cause of the FCA malfunction. Dale Speight worked with me and the technicians to determine and fix the cause of the problem. I believe it was Ms.Dover who worked with the tech the day the problem was solved. Mazzi Johnson was helpful on the phone when scheduling/rescheduling appointments and delivering messages. In the end, the technician who realighned the radar deserves praise for his efforts; they worked and the problem seems to have been solved.

The sales staff had manipulated the window sticker

The sales staff had manipulated the window sticker indicating more expensive model than we actually purchased. The sticker in the window was approximately 55,000 when we check serial number the sticker shows 42,900 from Bentonville AR. The Crain sales staff are crooks and should be prosecuted and held accountable.

You spoke with Patrick, Sales Manager for Crain KIA of Conway regarding the sticker price on your vehicle you purchased, the 2023 Telluride. This unit was transported from another Dealership to us and we didn't have our Addendum Sticker on the window at the time you were at our Dealership. This sticker has our Dealership name, the MSRP, each additional item added with pricing for each Tier and the Total Price for the unit. We apologize for not having this sticker for your review and you thinking you gave the sticker price on the vehicle from another Dealership. You confirmed over the phone this morning that no one at our Dealership quoted you that sticker price.
