Bought a used vehicle the day after Thanksgiving (Friday), most banks were closed but was financed. Things were complete around 5 pm. My bank was closed so had to bring my down payment in on Monday. Called Saturday morning around 11 am asking if I could buy my trade-in back. They said they would let me know. When I brought my down payment in I was told I could buy it back for what they gave me for it as soon as the title came in (since the paperwork was already signed). I called several times within the next few weeks to check on status. Was told by salesman and manager that they were still waiting on the title. Some calls were never returned. Received text from original employee I spoke to about the vehicle that the title was in just before Christmas and the manager would be in contact with me. No call through the holidays. I called after Christmas and was told the salesman or manager would call back.....they didn't. When I called back was told they were "trying to find it". They didn't call me back. The next time I called I was told it had been sold. Definitely lost a returning customer! Guess I should have stuck with the dealership I have used several times in the past.....lesson learned.

I drove 2 hours expecting the typical sales guy closing a deal.The inventory was plentiful for a small lot.Everything was in great shape and clean.The sales team set aside an appointment the day before.The staff was friendly and personable.They ran my loan through a few different lenders to get the best loan.Two hours later I was driving my new car home. I even received a phone call to see how my car car has been.

Chris was very helpful in helping us to locate a vehicle with 3rd row seating that was comfortable, reliable, and affordable. His customer service was second none. I highly recommend visiting Chris at AutoStar of Canton. His manager Brandt was also very personable and very help when going through all the paper work and financing. It was overall a positive experience. 10 out 10 would do again.

We found the SUV on Cargurus and drove over 2 hours to look at it. Loved the attitude of Chris and Brandt, they made buying a vehicle enjoyable.
