Can’t say enough about this place. My experience was even better than last time! They aren’t pushy and they truly care about their customers. They went the extra mile and they were very patient in my vehicle selection and even color choice. Yet again AutoStar made the buying experience has little as stressful and they were amazing!

My wife found the vehicle on line, had best price from a three state area we were searching, we live over a hundred miles away, so we set an appointment for the next day, they had the car waiting for us when we arrived , very pleased with the car, Chris Williams was very friendly and knowledgeable he helped us with the purchase, made it very easy for us, he and other staff was very friendly, made us feel at home, well worth our time, had a nice selection of high quality vehicle's, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice pre-owned car.

Found a GMC Sierra while looking at Chevy Silverados. Buying experience at AutoStar West Asheville was as good as any I have had. Great price and friendly, helpful staff. Took delivery following day and they had it polished, looking great.

She went out of her way to accommodate me when I was being complicated. Brandt, you offered guidance and a listening ear when any question or concern arose. Lauren was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her. I was not very pleased with another individual that we worked with however. Friendliness from Lauren was 5 stars, friendliness from the manager however I would say barely two stars. Hardly smiled, made lots of commentary that I was not pleased with, he also said he would make sure the bank I got the loan through would have the correct address to mail my payment and he did not do that. It would have been much appreciated if he had followed through on what he said. I hardly ever leave any bad reviews but this man rubbed myself and my father the wrong way. Lauren was absolutely terrific and I thank her for all of her kindness during this process. The only thing that made my first experience buying a vehicle bad was the gentleman. Would only recommend because of Lauren and the other nice friendly employees that I met while visiting.

I needed a car after my old one stopped working. I knew of Auto Star because I pass there lot all the time on Smokey Park Hwy. After looking at there inventory when I stopped buy I first met John Burke at sales who asked me what vehicles I liked. We test drove the vehicle and after deciding I liked it he made the buying process a breeze. Long story short I got the vehicle I wanted with the payments I wanted. These guys make the car buying experience great. I will definitely recommend them.
