very dissatisfied

I had my car detailed after getting my car back it was missing one of the cup holders from the back. I called the dealership was unable to talk to anyone and the service department they took my name and number and was going to call me back. After waiting for days with no call back I called this morning finally spoke with someone and the service department and they just told me if they don't have it... That's it! so now I'm left with a whole in my back console

Bend Kendall Toyota

Took me three weeks to get an appointment for a simple 15,000 mile Toyota maintenance service. Way too long. Expected the shuttle service to take me home well the service was being performed. Was told that it would be a 40 to 45 minute wait for the shuttle to pick me up. The dealership does not seem to have any shuttle of its own. From what I could tell this was a contracted service which evidently is not very effective. The dealership needs to have a shorter time between scheduling a service and the actual service being performed along with a shuttle service that is readily available to waiting customers. On the positive side, it was obvious that the personnel I encountered were all trying to be very friendly.

Lexus Major Service Appointment

This major service was expensive, but necessary. Our service contact - Travis - thoroughly explained the work completed. He also checked numerous after-market parts houses to find a part that allowed completion of the project in one day. We don't hesitate to take our Lexus to Kendall Toyota of Bend.
