2016 tundra
Kendall emailed me at 5000 Miles saying time for service I brought the truck in a hundred and fifty Mile Drive I asked them what type of oil will you be using today they said we're not going to change the oil that's not till ten thousand miles or just going to check your air filters to see if we can sell you one a total waste of my time but the day I brought my truck home I noticed there was a bubble in the Chrome over plastic on the grill so I pointed that out to them and asked if they could warranty that they said we can't Warren G this dent in your grill I put a credit card over it it's obviously a one-inch lump and asked if they could warranty that they said we can't Warren G this dent in your grill at put a credit card over it it's obviously a 1 inch lump but they keep saying dent they took a picture and send it to their warranty person as it dent in the grill surprise they're not going to work to that I noticed the next day that the temperature gauge on the dash outside temperature wasn't working yesterday when I went back for my 10000 mile service I asked if they could look into that they said no problem we could make an appointment in a couple of weeks I could make that hundred and fifty mile drive again

Great service done promptly
I brought my vehicle in for 10,000 mile service and without an appointment. I asked if they could fit me in. The service rep was friendly and helpful. Work was completed while I waited and in only a short time. Great service all around.

I have one suggestion for those who live a long way away like I do, Kendall should have a loaner car for repairs that take over 5 hours.

Customer service
I feel the customer service is in need of improving. When I call to see if and when my car will be ready to pick up, i can't get the service department. No one is available and they have to call me back. I had a specific incident where the check engine light was lit and I had left my car with Kendall. They did not bother to call me to tell me what was going on with the vehicle. When I called the next day they had to call me back because there was no record of my vehicle. They called back and they were able to fix it that day. These incidents make me not want to purchase a Toyota next time because Kendall Toyota of Bend (Oregon) is the only Toyota dealership in town. I take my car there for every oil change and service. I would appreciate better customer service in the future. However I think they realize I am unhappy with their customer service and would rather not deal with me.

Kendall Toyota of Bend delivers
I've been going to Kendall Toyota of Bend for the service of my 2011 Highlander for five years now and have never had a less than satisfactory experience. They always tell me how long the service will take and unless something come up that is unexpected they honor that timeline. I always wait for my car and their showroom waiting area is comfortable.
