we first visited with Ralph Fonti for service on our clubman, Ralph is the perfect person in what he does its always a great experience to bring your car in for service.he set us up with a rental car and while we were waiting we vistited with Gary Rockoff as this is our second car there.Gary helped us to look for a new mini as ours was running out of warrenty, we proceded to buy a countryman and with the help of Gary he made the transition very simple, we feel the only place to buy a car is at Bramen no matter who you pass by everyone is happy and courtious, it makes it a great experience. From the moment we met Jhulian, we felt that we were in good hands. We were impressed by his low key, professional approach and his knowledge of the Mini. This was a very easy process. Jhulian was very knowledgable about the Mini Cooper and could answer every question I asked and more. At no time did I feel pressured and in the case of the Mini Coupe, the product sells itself too. Determining the lease options was also easy and once I established my criteria, it took only a minute to seal the deal. I was very happy about the financing process because for the first time in leasing/buying a car, there was no surprise cost at the closing. During the process while waiting for routine actions, Deb Krueger was very nice and helpful to me offering water and anything else to make me comfortable due to my health issues and the heat outside. I love this car and have not had this much fun driving since my first car at age 16. In fact, my wife now wants a Mini. Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Got the car I wanted at a good price. No pressure. Walked in at 11 am drove out by 4pm, even with test drive of several cars and intensive search of stock. I was treated with respect and shown around the facility and introduced to service staff. Will be back for sure, next time I need a car. I already have told several people what a great buying experience it was. Car is great I get compliments everywhere I go in it.
